This modern luxury villa with private pool offers amazing Caribbean views , 3 mins walk from a beautiful beach. It has every creature comfort, with Caribbean sunsets from the large terrace.A perfect location to explore areas like Rodney Bay,Pigeon Island and Friday Street Party.Set in a tranquil location between 2 of the most luxurious hotels on the island Windjammer and East Winds. Enjoy cooking/ relaxing in the open plan living area affording you direct views of the Caribbean .
It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and accommodates up to 8 people.Short stroll to the supermarkets and main road to Rodney Bay and Castries.
Enjoy relaxing in the private pool and enjoy looking at the flora and fauna. The property has fruit trees and exotic plants that attract hummingbirds and other local wildlife .

We had a fantastic time - wish we were able to stay longer !We really loved the villa and St Lucia itself.The house was just as described and it had absolutely everything we needed to feel right at home. We found the host and property manager all super helpful and we can’t thank you enough for our fabulous holiday. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay in your home. It was lovely and clean with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the veranda. We spent most of our time in the pool or snorkelling in the sea which was just a short walk away.We would recommend your home to anyone wishing to have a relaxing stay in St Lucia.

We are a family of four who like to travel and cook. Caribbean Sunset Villa is fantastic. Well kitted out for cooking meals. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms (two ensuite) so we all felt very spoilt. We hired a car and there is a parking spot that belongs to the property. The property is in a great location. 10 mins drive to Rodney Bay, 10 mins the other way to the capital. It is in between two big resorts, you can walk along the local beach to get to them. The pool is a great size and not over looked. Honestly the photos on the website do not do the place justice. Charlotte our host went over and above. Our flight was delayed, then we got slightly lost in the dark on the way and she was still waiting for us. We could contact her and any point and she responded quickly but was also good at letting us just get on with our holiday. We stayed two weeks and the mid stay clean was much appreciated. Rodney Bay has two supermarkets to get all you need. Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at your amazing villa. It had everything we needed and more - we loved using the air fryer ! And watching the sun go down from the kitchen as we cooked was a bonus. The pool was lovely and the views from the decking are stunning. We went snorkelling at the beach which is a very close walk to the house . We enjoyed relaxing in this quiet villa and seeing all the hummingbirds coming into the garden.The recommendations of places to visit from the host and property manager were really helpful and we loved horse riding at sunset. Rodney Bay was a short drive away and we would recommend Spinnakers for breakfast. We had a fantastic time and are planning our next trip to return and stay at the villa.

This property was NOT as described. "...modern luxury villa..." And "It has every creature comforts..." Were not accurate at all.We were a couple who stayed for 5 weeks.PROS: Great view and deck. Pool was nice to have. Beds were comfortable - pillows not so much. Quiet area - except for the dogs barking at all times of the day and night. The host was responsive to the several issues we had but never once apologised for the problems we endured.CONS: We had several friends staying in the area - all at different price points - we were higher middle for price. They ALL had a hairdryer, coffee maker, microwave, blender, vacuum, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, working smoke alarm, oven gloves - pot holders, usable bbq's, kitchen supplies such as baking trays, measuring cups, larger bowls - salad bowls, wisks etc. This property had none of the above?! The BBQ was on 3 legs (one having rotted) and was full of garbage that I couldn't clean out because the tray to pull it out was rotted - really unimpressed with the state of it. There was no "dryer" other than an air dryer - which we were fine with - but we had no clothes pegs so our clothes blew all over the deck if we put them outside to dry. 3 bedroom house and we were only supplied 4 towels? No pool towels although there is a pool? There were a lot of other issues with the property but we will leave those alone. Suffice it to say, we would not return to this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. Communication with the host and property manager (Charlotte) was excellent. Any minor issues that arose during our stay were immediately addressed. The rooms were spacious and well equipped and we particular enjoyed the out door dining, BBQ and pool facilities. Not to mention the amazing Caribbean Sea vista and sunset. Location was also very good, being 10 mins drive Rodney Bay tourist hot-spot and 15 mins to the Castries City Centre. A great villa for a large family. Thank you Una and Charlotte.
