We are thrilled to have you stay at this charming waterfront apartment, where you can wake up to the stunning views of St. Paul’s Island every day!
The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.
For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.
Living Area | A bright and airy living room featuring a large, comfortable sofa perfect for lounging.
Sunlight streams in through the windows, and the space opens to the furnished private balcony with stunning views of St. Paul’s Island.
Enjoy your favourite shows on the Smart TV or stream movies in high definition.
Kitchen| Also included is a fully equipped kitchen, equipped with all the amenities you will require to prepare a fantastic meal. Perfect for both long and short term rentals.

Bathrooms | Two full bathrooms are available—one that can be accessed by all guests with a bathtub, and the other is an en-suite bathroom featuring a convenient shower.
Linens | At 360 Estates, we believe in the importance of a great night`s sleep. That’s why we provide the highest quality linens, with all beds freshly made and two towels per person. If you use the sofa bed, we’ll make it up for you with the same attention to detail.
Laundry Needs | For added convenience, the apartment includes a washer and dryer so you can freshen up your clothes during your stay.
With high-speed WiFi and air conditioning in every room, you’ll stay connected and comfortable throughout your visit.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.
5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.
