Amazing Stay in the Heart of St. Julian’s

We had a fantastic time at this apartment. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center of St. Julian’s, close to all the main attractions, bars, restaurants, and the beach.The apartment itself is very cosy, well-furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's stylish, clean, and feels like home.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot to stay in Malta. Would definitely come back!

Lovely stay in Malta

My husband and I brought my mum to Malta - location was good. Walking distance to supermarket and some nice restaurants- sandy beach with a nice beach bar very close . Paul the host was very helpful to make sure we had a pleasant stay and did everything he could to make things easier for us and another Paul from Malta sightseeing who works in the bay just down the road was very friendly and helpful too making sure we got the right transport on the right days . The hot tub was a great to use in the evening after a long day out exploring the lovely island of Malta

Great time in Malta

I would highly recommend this apartment to all families & groups.The check in via lockbox & communication with the owner was seamless.The apartment itself was very clean & had plenty of amenities .The hot tub was a welcome bonus after sightseeing during the day.Although in a busy area , with shops , restaurants & the bay within walking distance inside the apartment was really quiet.It was our first time in Malta hopefully it will not be the last.

At the edge of Paceville, the MAJOR nightclub zone of the city. Although the apartment, when closed up, was quite quiet, there was a lot of noise overnight with people making a ruckus a block away. Had to use ear plugs. Very close to excellent and busy beach. Apartment came with beach towels!!Outdoor hot tub and deck area was really beautiful and quiet in the day.Well equipped kitchen. Coffee maker did not work but there was a genuine stove top italian espresso maker so we were saved every morning. Master bathroom is modern and well appointed and has a terrific shower. Master bed mattress was thin and hard and not very comfortable. Pillows were fantastic though. Excellent large TV in sitting room but couch that faces it was not at all comfortable to sit on. No other chairs in the living room. This place sleeps up to 12 but there are beds scattered everywhere so felt a bit like a frat house for just two of us. Parking lot was hard to find and at night was a bit sketchy with people haning around the entrance as there was a big night club right at the end of it. Getting in at night means driving down a pedestrian street with people yelling at you to not be there. Other way up was not an option with delivery trucks blocking the route often. Host was VERY responsive to issues. like helping me to find my way into the property. Also helped immediately when the power ran out.

The host has and was delightgul good communication. Sadly the pictutes are from when it was put together. The property is tardy, damp and frankly dirty.We were so dissappointed. Great situ...noisy though. Upstairs noisy...The fridge was broken...the bin...the frying pan battered so it doesnt sit on the cooker.The shower leeks soaking the batjroom floor. Wardrobe doors dnt open properly. Back was filthy.So sad it looked lovely sadly not maintained hence we wouldnt return or recommend. Even the bed felt damp...Sorry...I never write a bad review....

Très bon séjour

Très bien placer pour les jeunes qui veulent faire la fête, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et le propriétaire est très à l’écoute et facilement joignable. Nous avons passé un super séjour !

Pessima esperienza

questi sono solamente una piccola parte dei disservizi che hanno avuto nell’appartamento innanzi tutto l’indirizzo l’indirizzo datoci dall’host era sbagliato e abbiamo speso più di 2 ore per arrivare alla destinazione corretta. jacuzzi non si riscaldava l’acqua nemmeno dopo le ore prestabilite dall’host della casa tv non si connetteva a nessuno dei servizi offerti dall’host vetrata in salotto non si poteva chiudere con la chiave, in qualsiasi momento poteva entrare un estraneo in casa senza che c’è ne accorgessimo. l’acqua calda non bastava per far fare la doccia a 12 persone. i cuscini piccoli avevano un cattivo odore infatti abbiamo dovuto farne a meno nel letto vicino alla vetrata del salone nonostante fosse chiusa entrava molta aria tanto da far ammalare un ragazzo Scarafaggi in casa In tutto ciò siamo stati accusati ingiustamente di aver bruciato dei comodini che in realtà erano già presenti due bruciature Stanno provando ad approfittare per chiedere somme importanti per danni inesistenti come per esempio di aver riverniciato la casa quando invece il giorno dopo sono entrati altri ospiti ( impossibile riverniciare in poche ore e ospitare persone ) Pessimo comportamento volto ad approffittarsene per prendere più soldi

Best place for St Julian

This flat is juste perfect to fully enjoy Saint Julian and Malta in general. Great communication with Paul wich is so arranging, very clean, amazing terrace. Just go for it !

Don’t go in wintertime

The cost of electric is to expensive to go in winter the apartment is so large it cost to much money to heat the place up The apartment is somewhat neglected .

Super séjour ..... MAIS !!!

Nous avions réservé une semaine dans cet appartement pour 12 personnes, car appartement soi-disant conçu pour 12 personnes. Au final nous sommes venus à 10. A notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré un des trois propriétaires qui nous a fait visiter l’appartement. De premier abord, rien à dire! Spacieux, lumineux, bien équipé et globalement propre. De plus la terrasse donne un charme supplémentaire aux lieux, très agréable pour y manger et s’y détendre. En conclusion, un appartement où il y fait bon vivre! MAIS! Plus les jours passent, plus les mauvaises surprises s’accumulent : -Porte de douche cassée -Fuite d’eau dans la deuxième salle de bain -Deux lumières extérieures cassées. -Contour du jacuzzi en très mauvais état, et même cassé à certains endroits! -Impossible de filtrer correctement l’eau du jacuzzi. Donc, eau très sale! -Un sommier de lit cassé -La porte du réfrigérateur ne ferme pas correctement. Résultat, un bruit permanent résonnait dans la maison. Obligé de bloquer la porte avec une chaise. -Cuisine très peu équipée pour des grands groupe comme le nôtre. ... De plus, il n’y a que 10 chaises pour s’asseoir dehors autour d’une table conçue pour 6 personnes. Peu pratique pour des groupes de 12. Heureusement que nous n’étions que 10, même si, très serrés pour manger! GROS problème à mon goût également, une fenêtre donnant du hall d’entrée de la résidence sur notre terrasse reste ouverte en permanence! Donc, n’importe qui voulant accéder à notre terrasse, pouvait le faire en passant par cette fenêtre. Très moyen niveau sécurité! Néanmoins, revenons sur du positif. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympathiques, très agréables et souriants. Avant notre arrivée ils répondaient à tous nos mails dans des délais très bref. Ils nous ont aidé à organiser notre arrivée et notre séjour dans leur appartement, merci à eux! Également le gros avantage de cet appartement, qui est à souligné, c’est l’emplacement. Idéal pour passer des vacances entre amis. Un appartement pour 10 jeunes, en plein cœur de Paceville, c’est la perle rare! A proximité de TOUT , centres commerciaux, supermarchés, boîte de nuits, bars, plage, activés nautiques....et j’en passe! Tout à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Grâce à ça nous avons passé de superbes vacances à Malte. Pour ce très bon point et tous les atouts que pourrait avoir cet appartement, nous aurions pu vous le recommander mais, TROP DE POINTS NÉGATIFS pour lâche 5 étoiles! Il faut y remédier!!!

Great place to explore Malta

We were a group of 10 but then numbers dropped down to 6. Paul was very helpful and arranged a partial cash refund upon arrival. We found that the sofa beds for the other 4 people, if they had come with us, were not the most comfortable and there were no curtains to block out early morning light in these sleeping areas. Perhaps this is something that could be added? Yes, 10 people can definitely sleep here but less comfort and privacy for 4. The hot tub was great, in this hot weather (33-38 degrees) we found that we didn't need to heat it up for very long (maybe 2 hours) to get it to a good temp. On the first day it wasn't working, but Paul came out quickly on a Sunday evening to fix it for us. From other reviews we thought it would be better quiet in the garden. Daily you can hear music from a bar nearby, and in the evenings you can hear people in a bar above you. But, the surrounding walls are high and you can only hear it when outside. We found it added to the holiday feel, but it did start up around 9am which may not suit everyone. Inside is fine, can't hear anything. The location is great, 1-5 minute walk to anything useful (various supermarkets, ATM's, clubs, beach, buses). The apartment itself is beautiful and has lots of things that you need. Remember to turn on the shower buttons early if you want showers, even cold ones - this controls the heat but also water pressure, which we didn't realise. Very helpful host, has a good network of people to assist in your needs. Really enjoyed ourselves once we settled in and started to discover Malta!

Für Jugendliche nicht geeignet

Da wir eine Gruppe von Jugendlichen sind, haben wir hier nicht wirklich hineingepasst. Ma kann nicht mal die Box mit Musik gehen lassen weil dass schon zu laut ist. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr schön aber nicht überall sauber. Die Jacuzzi hat nicht funktioniert. Die Lage ist hervorragend, aber nur für Jugendliche, die Party machen wollen, denn die Partymeile ist nur 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Auch der Strand ist sehr, sehr nahe, doch ist es nicht ein schöner Strand und nicht zu vergleichen mit den vielen schönen auf Malta.

Mr. Paul really nice and his place is well located. The flat is near the beach, restaurants, mall and public transport. I would recommend this flat for those who are traveling in large groups. The hot tube, doesn't really heat up (even after turning it on to warm up for 10 hours), so please be advised.
