The space was adequate , nicely furnished.There is another dwelling directly above, the occupants of that level, both nights ,commenced with heavy footsteps back and forth across my bedroom ceiling, tending to crying children this started at 10/30 pm and lasted past midnight.. no sleep for me ,

Great stay! The place is small but comfortable and cozy! The bathroom and kitchen are well appointed with everything you need. The owners respond quickly and are kind and very welcoming. It was a great location to get to everything I wanted. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here, it's on a quiet street that's also close to so much. The listing clearly states that the only parking is on the street, so that wasn't a surprise but on nights we didn't get back until late (ie: went to a night Braves game, traffic back, etc) the nearest available spot was many houses away on the other side of the street. Overall this isn't an issue for us but know it's a possibility for you as well. The communication was some of the best I've ever had with a Vrbo and we would stay here again on a future visit.

Wonderful ATL Midtown place

I stayed here for a month! Loved it. So convenient to everything. I cooked in the small kitchen that has all you need. It's in a quiet, safe location within walking distance to Trader Joes, and other stores as well as Piedmont Park. I will definitely return to this flat, it feels like home.

Lovely neighborhood

My husband and I spent three days in Atlanta in March. The apartment was small but comfortable - exactly as described. We loved that it was walking distance to Piedmont Park and restaurants. We had a couple of questions about the tv when we arrived and George was quick to respond.

Highly recommended place!

This place is great. The neighborhood is really nice and within walking distance of Piedmont Park and a bunch of restaurants and bars. The apartment is perfect for a single traveler or couple. It has a nice kitchen, if you feel like prepping meals, and a comfortable bed and sitting area. Definitely recommended.

Valentine’s Weekend Stay

Lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood

We stayed three nights it midtown Atlanta during a snow storm. One the days it snowed, everywhere was closed so we just stayed in. It was a very cozy space with stores just minutes away where we went shopping for groceries before the storm hit. The day after we went to the World of Coca-Cola and the famous Georgia Aquarium. We drove a little out of the way to visit special Chick-fil-A’s such as Dwarf house and Truett’s luau and had our final dinner at Ted’s Montana Grill. If we need to come back to Atlanta for anything, we will book again!!

Nice, quiet neighborhood

Clean, complete, and nicely appointed studio apartment set back from already very quiet street in Midtown Garden District. Moderate walk to food and shops; to Midtown offices, restaurants, and services; and to the Beltline.

Many Pluses

Great to have access to a full kitchen; but the space there was then very compact. The clothes washer and drier and the free, safe, on street parking were also greatly valued. The stay is in a very quiet location too and is very close to drive to the key local sights. The air con heating / cooling worked well. The bed was very comfortable. The host’s communication was pleasing. Quite a few mosquitoes around the access door day or night; but all of the windows are screened. 4.5 to 5 stars.

This unit is in the heart of the Historic Midtown Garden District of Atlanta, developed between 1895 and 1920. The street is filled with charming bungalows built in the early 1900's. Every imaginable retail, restaurant and cultural attraction is nearby. Our quiet residential neighborhood is in the heart of the heart of the city. It is among the few areas in Atlanta where you can easily walk places. Piedmont Park is a great getaway, and we are an easy walk to the Atlanta Botanical Garden, Trader Joe's, Mellow Mushroom, Metrofresh, Frogs Cantina, Apres Diem, Highlander, 8-plex movie theater, etc.; 5 blocks from Caribou Coffee and Flying Biscuit; 6 blocks from Ponce City Market, Whole Foods, Home Depot, Petsmart, Staples, Eats, Walgreens, Publix, etc.; 5 blocks from North Avenue MARTA station or 10th Street MARTA; 5 blocks from Peachtree Street (Fox Theater, Vortex, coffee shops, many professional offices, etc.); 9 blocks from Colony Square; a mile to the High Museum and Georgia Tech; 1+ miles from Downtown and AmericasMart, Georgia State, Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Olympic Park, Philips Arena, Georgia Dome, World Congress Center, Martin Luther King, Jr., Historical District, Carter Center; 2 miles from Krog Street Market. You can walk many places from this location, and all the streets have sidewalks. The neighborhood has a Walk Score of 84, which is rated "Very Walkable". There are 2 MARTA rail stations located less than a mile away, and Uber and Lyft typically pickup in less than 10 minutes in Midtown. There is a shared bike retail relay station on our block.
