*Please note this is a first floor apartment with walk up stair access only, no lift. As a requirement of staying with us you will be asked to provide a copy of a verified government ID for all guests listed on the booking prior to arrival. A damage deposit of £500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.*
