This modern apartment is situated in a peaceful area, just a short walk from both the subway and tram stops for easy access to the city. You`ll find plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and a lively farmers market nearby. The beautiful Riegrovy Sady park is also within walking distance, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the outdoors. Located on the ground floor for added convenience.

Provided during your stay:

- Clean towels (1 big and 1 small for each guest) & bedding.

- Hair & body shampoo and hand soap.

- Detergent for washing dishes, sponge, paper towel.

- Toilet paper (at least 2 rolls).

- Wireless unlimited high-speed internet available in the entire apartment.

Kindly share your time of arrival. Check-in begins at 16:00. The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. All necessary instructions will be sent after your mandatory registration.

Please respect our apartment and neighbours. Breaking house rules will result in termination of the rental agreement.

The apartment uses a self-check-in procedure. Keys are located near the apartment at a luggage storage facility with opening hours from 09:00 to 21:00. All instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in. If you arrive outside of these hours, please plan accordingly.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please leave the keys on the table and dispose of remaining trash before leaving.

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the apartment.

Pets are not allowed, unless previously agreed upon.

No parties allowed. Please do not disturb other residents.

Quiet hours must be observed in accordance with Czech law. Keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00.

Communication will primarily take place via the platform used for booking.

Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out.

Follow the instructions provided for trash disposal and for using the apartment’s appliances.

Take care of your keys. In case of loss, contact the provided emergency number.

After each stay, an inventory check is performed. Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items.
