Come enjoy this amazing custom-built home on the 18th hole of Prospector Golf Course! 62 Sweet Shop Lane is centrally located within Suncadia Resort and within walking distance to the Swim and Fitness Center, fine dining at the Inn and Lodge, and the driving range. Bring the whole crew along for the fun- this residence sleeps up to 14 people!

As you walk into this stunning mountain home, you're greeted by an inviting great room with large a stone fireplace, massive picture windows, and a 60-inch HD flat-screen TV. The open-concept main floor flows easily into the dining room and kitchen, making it the perfect place for entertaining with large groups.

In the heart of the home, the gourmet kitchen, you will find a full stainless-steel appliance package including a five-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Granite countertops glisten throughout the space and the large kitchen bar offers extra room for food preparation and enough space to seat four. Adjacent to this bar is a large dining table with room for six.

In the backyard, guests will love the large private patio with breathtaking views of the surrounding natural environment and golf course. The outdoor table has seating for eight to enjoy meals prepared on the gas grill, all while enjoying the indoor/outdoor sound system. After dinner, enjoy a soak in the private hot tub or roast marshmallows and stargaze seated around the lava rock fire pit.

62 Sweet Shop Lane features 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms:
• This home is 2,649 Sq. Ft.
• The large master bedroom on the main level is furnished with a king-size bed. An en-suite bathroom has radiant heated floors, a double shower with glass doors, and a large walk-in closet.
• The second bedroom is on the second level and has a queen-size bed and attached full bathroom.
• The third bedroom is on the second level also has a queen-size bed and adjacent full bathroom.
• The bonus room loft has two twin-size bunk beds tucked away in a private nook. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa, 42-inch flat-screen HD TV, and Foosball table.
• The den on the main level has a queen-size sofa bed and a 42-inch HD TV.
• The fourth full bathroom is on the main floor.

Spacious Home

It was pricey but with covid on the rise again and holidays around the corner, we wanted each person in our group to have their own sleeping spaces and enough room to distance while we visited plus ability for air circulation while we sat on the sofa together, and this home fit the bill. Snow was falling during our stay which made getting into the hot tub extra magical. I would say the living area could use a couple of extra chairs in addition to the L shaped sofa in the room. All in all, a wonderful property. We loved it!

Awesome weekend trip

We had a great time at this beautiful location. Two families shared this home and there was plenty of space. Use of the pool and facilities was an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Most Stunning Suncadia Property

This home was in the most perfect location in the Prospector's Reach neighborhood (closest neighborhood to the heart of the resort), but with the angle of the home, there is privacy from the next closest home and currently no home on the other side. This has the great feels of a close knit neighborhood but with the luxury of privacy. The home is great because it has the price of a three bedroom house, but has a pumped up sleeping count that still has privacy for everyone. The back patio has a wonderful built in BBQ that we used, a hot tub, and fireplace and still is right on top of the golf course. The owners are the sweetest people in the world, and their attention to detail really speaks to the amount of comfort they want for their guests. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The support from the Suncadia staff made our stay top notch, and nothing beats visiting the Suncadia Swim and Fitness Center with the waterslides for the kids. After staying in many Suncadia vacation homes, this one stands above the rest. Book this home and all of your expectations will be exceeded and will fit your group/families needs!

Beyond expectations

Absolutely a perfect experience! Relaxing, quiet and peaceful, was blown away by all the wildlife. The elk in the middle of the night was particularly entertaining. The house and the grounds, golf course and trails are meticulously cared for providing a truly tranquil experience

Beautiful, relaxing home

Beautiful and relaxing home. Perfect location right on the gold course and right in between the winery and the main lodge making it easy to walk anywhere. Will definitely stay again. Home is meticulously cared for and the beds are very comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen for cooking. My favorite part was relaxing with a cup of coffee in the spa, overlooking the golf course. Great house!!

Lovely Suncadia home with great central location

We spent two nights in this lovely new home and had a wonderful time. The amenities were all top notch and the location is great, as the lodge, the Inn, the winery and the activities center are all just a few minutes away by foot. Particularly enjoyed listening to the elk bellow at night from the hot tub! We'll be back.

Luxurious Home in Great Location!

My family and I stayed at this house for 2 nights to celebrate our parents' 60th birthdays. From the moment we arrived, the house was like a dream! The house itself is so beautiful! It was so spacious and welcoming. The couch and blankets in the living room were so soft and comfy, and the TV was perfect for watching the Hawks game! I stayed in the room with the sleeper sofa, and you would never know it was a pull-out; it was sooo comfortable to sleep on! The kitchen had everything we needed and more, and all the appliances worked with ease. I think my favorite part of the house was the outdoor patio, complete with a fire pit and hot tub! It was everything I ever wanted! This house is also centrally located so it's near the Lodge and Inn, the Winery, and even biking distance to Roslyn! Loved the house for those two days, but it wasn't enough! Would love to go back and stay for at least a week next time!

Fabulous Outdoor Relaxation!

I booked this house for my husbands 40th birthday. I wanted a place we could get away without kids and just relax! This house was perfect. I love the outdoor fire pit, hot tub, surround sound, etc. We would stay here again, and plan to come back with kids. This house had everything you need!

Quick Escape

First, we loved how this home was conveniently located, yet still felt tucked away. There was a neighboring house to one side, but the property on the other side was vacant, making it feel a little more private while outside on the patio. We've stayed in rentals at other locations before and it always seems like there's at least a couple things to be desired. We never felt that way here, the place is outfitted with pretty much everything, even down to the kitchen gadgets like lemon and lime squeezers. The kitchen and living room were designed very well, it's perfect for dinner parties and keeping everyone together, yet entertained. I also found that the kitchen island was a great spot to work remotely (ok, so not a complete escape for me) yet also stay involved without messing with the cook's space. The patio was also a great place to relax in the morning and evening, good view of the course, relaxing hot tub, large patio table. Bedrooms and bathrooms - perfect, very comfortable beds, spacious master shower (dual heads), lots of space, couldn't ask for more. We totally dug the dropped crown molding that had recessed lighting in the master bedroom, this little touch gave the room an incredible ambiance! Overall, this is a great spot for families and groups because it sleeps plenty, has a wonderful backyard/patio area, comes with everything you could want or need, and has the perfect kitchen/living/dining layout for entertaining, cooking and enjoying each others company.

Fantastic amenities

Expansive patio with grill and hot tub made kicking back with friends a breeze. Master bedroom double headed shower is a small touch that makes you feel as if your staying in a small palace. House had the feel of being at home with quality cookware and plenty of seating. Would gladly book again!

Relaxing Night

I really enjoyed staying in this home, the patio overlooking the gold course gave us a great view, we loved sitting around the fire pit and relaxing in the hot tub. We were able to cook a nice dinner with easy use of the appliances provided in the kitchen. I would highly recommend this property based on it's close location to the Lodge, relaxing charm, and spacious accommodations.

We enjoyed the house during our stay. The kitchen is beautiful and well appointed. The patio and hot tub overlooking the golf course was fun! There was transportation available on site was easy to use and with minimal wait time. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends.
