Villa Armonia is a modern residence with refined character, designed to offer comfort and serenity, nestled in the natural beauty of Sicily. Part of an elegant complex, consisting of three terraced villas, each equipped with a private pool and reserved spaces to ensure maximum privacy. Ideal for a large group of friends or a big family seeking both independence and opportunities to spend time together. With its 150 square meters spread over two levels, the villa accommodates up to 6 guests in bright and welcoming spaces, perfect for moments of relaxation and conviviality.
Outside, the villa boasts two spacious panoramic verandas. The first, located next to the private pool, offers a spectacular 180-degree view of the Mediterranean coast. Here, elegant loungers and an outdoor shower provide the ultimate comfort for enjoying the Sicilian sun. The second shaded veranda, furnished with a refined dining table, a cozy lounge area, and a gas BBQ, is the perfect spot for al fresco dinners and relaxing moments, always accompanied by stunning sea views.
The garden, meticulously maintained, is enriched with olive trees and native plants, enveloping the property in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A practical laundry area with a large sink adds extra convenience. Every outdoor corner has been designed to ensure privacy and comfort, creating the perfect balance between modern design and Mediterranean nature.
Inside, the villa opens to a bright living room and kitchen that combine elegance and functionality. The kitchen, with a central island, is fully equipped, including a breakfast corner with appliances. A dining table for six and a comfortable sofa with a TV complete the space, making it ideal for family and friends to gather.
The sleeping area includes two air-conditioned double bedrooms on the ground floor, both featuring modern design and private bathrooms for maximum comfort. A service bathroom, located between the living room and bedrooms, adds further convenience.
On the first floor, accessible via an external staircase, there is an exclusive double suite that occupies the entire level. This luxurious room, with a private bathroom and a panoramic terrace, offers breathtaking sea views. The hot tub on the terrace provides a relaxing experience, perfect for admiring the stunning sunsets while embraced by the sea breeze.

During your stay, you will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property and all its amenities, ensuring a comfortable and completely private experience.
IMPORTANT: The master suite on the first floor is accessible ONLY via an external staircase. There is no internal connection to the ground floor.

Upon your arrival, you’ll find everything you need for a short stay, and—upon request—we can also provide essential amenities for families with young children, including a baby cot, high chair, baby bath, safety rail, and more, suitable for infants from 0 to 3 years old.
You will also have access to a detailed guide with useful information about the villa and the surrounding area, while my wife and I will remain fully available for any need. We’ll be happy to help you discover the wonders of our land by arranging additional services such as private boat tours, local wine tastings with vineyard visits, horseback riding in the countryside, guided bus tours, or even a private chef service directly in the villa, everything to make your holiday truly unforgettable.
For cleanliness and comfort, we collaborate with one of the best companies in our region for the supply and professional cleaning of bed linens, towels, and beach towels. They exclusively use certified “EU ECOLABEL’’ products, ensuring a safe and eco-friendly environment for you and your loved ones.

To comply with current regulations, all guests, including minors, must complete the mandatory registration before arrival.
Submission of identity documents: Each guest must provide a valid document (ID Card, Passport, or Driver’s License).
Online identity verification: The system includes a guest recognition process before access.
Access code reception: The entry code for the villa will be sent only after the registration process is completed.

The villa is located halfway between Palermo and Trapani airports and just 10 minutes from the main highway, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Western Sicily and swimming in some of the area’s most beautiful and exclusive beaches.
To enjoy a smooth and carefree holiday, we strongly recommend renting a car directly at the arrival airport, where you’ll find the best rates and the widest selection of vehicles, as the region does not have an efficient public transportation system. However, for guests who do not drive or prefer not to rent a car, we are happy to arrange a taxi service upon request.
Outside the villa, just beyond the gate, you’ll find a spacious parking area with enough room to accommodate up to three large vehicles.
