Independent Ensuite Room, Great Location + Parking

This ensuite room is independent from the main house, with its own entrance and small outside area. It is in a lovely spot: in the heart of Lyme Regis, but on a private road which borders National Trust land next to the access to the South West Coastal Path. So the location is ideal for both those wanting easy access to shops, pubs and restaurants which are a 10 min walk away (through woodland, or public gardens) and for keen walkers and nature lovers - the beach is short stroll (uphill on the way back!)
The room has no cooking facilities but Lyme Regis has more than its fair share of amazing places to eat which is normally one of the main reasons people visit.
There is no TV but there is a wi-fii.
We live on site with our children and dogs.
