My appartment of 45m2 with 2 bedrooms is great for reaching the Riviera's Sun. With the well connected public transport, you can arrive quickly in the centre to many points of attraction : - 7' away from the Croisettes of Cannes and 5' from the highway entree. - 20' walk to the train station of Cannes and 5' to airport bus station that will take you directly to the airport of Nice. The Bus station is in front of our gate and that is a very walkable, safe and desirable and neighborhood. This appartement is located on the third floor. It is simple and cosy. The appartment is very lightly. Ideally located at the top of the famous Boulevard Sadi Carnot in Cannes and Le Cannet, you can easily find: - All amenities are within walking distance (bakery from 200m, pharmacy 100m, supermarket 200m, tobacconist, restaurant, park less than 1 km, hospital 2km). - A bus stop at the foot of the building takes you to the Cannes train station in 7 minutes and then 3 minutes from the station to the Palais Festival de Cannes on the Croisette, very convenient! - Nice N81 airport bus stop from 350m away to take you directly to the Nice ́s airport. ***As soon as you enter the apartment, the entrance hall leads to: 1) Living room with open-plan kitchen and leather sofa. 2) Two bedrooms with double beds (140x190 cm) containing a desk and dressing. 3) Bathroom with toilet and storage space. A hairdryer will be provided during your stay. 4) The well-equipped, high-quality kitchen. This house has everything you need for cooking and dining. Pick-ups are generally from 4pm, but if the apartment is available and ready we are flexible! ** EXCEPTIONAL ARRIVAL PROCEDURE For arrivals after 8pm, the group must pay an additional €25 at Check in. Groups arriving after 11pm will be charged an additional €50 at check-in. ***HOUSE LINEN - We provide linen at no extra charge for up to 14 days' rental. - For longer stays, a supplement will be applied according to the duration. - Toiletries are also provided for each guest (shampoo, shower gel, soap) --- The travelers will have full access to the accommodation. We will ask tenants to take good care of the property each time they arrive. A lot of love has been put into making your vacation the best it can be, so please respect it. ***HOUSE ́S RULES – No shoes inside the room. Indoor slippers are provided & please don’t wear them outside. – Help us save the energy. Turn off the air conditioners and lights, unplug electricity appliances when not in use. – Keep the noise level down after 10PM. – Wash dishes, cups after using, and keep the kitchen, living room, restroom tidy and clean. – Smoke or vape at the ground floor. If there are smoking smell during your stay, the extra fee for cleaning will be applied from the caution fee. Because Its smell lasts long and may affect other guests who don’t smoke. Thank you for your comprehension! – Don’t put trash containing liquid inside to the trash bins, pour the liquid out in the toilet before you do so. – We don’t accept unregistered guests, please inform us before you invite anyone to the appartment. We have the right to refuse unregistered guests. – If you accidentally break or damage something, please inform us. – In case not sure about anything, please ask. – We don’t allow extra guests staying overnight unless you notice me in advance and extra charge is applied - The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator. - Please keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb our neighbours. - Parties are not permitted in this apartment. - There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. Should our team discover the evidence that this rule has not been adhered to (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of €300. Smoking is not permitted indoors. - Smoking is only permitted on the balcony with the door closed, and the cigarette butts must not be thrown on the ground. - We ask you to respect our neighborhood. The accommodation must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. During their stay, travelers must respect the premises, the neighbours and basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene. All or part of the deposit may be retained if these basic rules are not respected. - For long-stay rent more than one month, PM for more detail and promotion. The deposit will be refund after the inspection of the inventory (if nothing is missing or broken) after your departure.
