The living/dining room also has an open-hearth fireplace, cable TV, and an exit to the north-facing balcony. On the upper floor, there are 2 rooms, each with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, 200 cm length), a bath/shower/WC, and a double hand-basin. The rooms on the upper floor also have access to the north-facing balcony.
