The apartment was clean, nice, and well located, ideal for families with children because of Argonne Park. There was a misunderstanding with the reservation for an extra day, and the host refunded the extra day, but an additional charge for being a tourist appeared that wasn’t detailed. Still, I paid it to avoid complications.I asked for early check-in for my baby (20 months) and they allowed me to enter at 2:00 PM (instead of 3:00 PM); I also could store the luggage before check-in. I tried to enter at 1:00 PM because the sun was strong and my baby was crying; the host seemed to get irritated.The crib had a missing support board, I asked for it with not having a solution so I had to rent another one for my baby to sleep. The kitchen has basic utensils and the pillows were poor; it was hot in the afternoon and he said the air conditioning didn’t work.In summary, the location and cleanliness were standout, but the lack of solutions to the problems detracted a lot. I didn’t feel comfortable making any other requests because the host was apathetic and not proactive. If you’re looking for a more proactive hosting, this didn’t meet that expectation.
