Peaceful country house few minutes from the sea

S'Arrexina is a peaceful oasis immersed in the scent and nature of Gallura countryside. It is situated behind the Gulf of Marinella, a few minutes from the white sandy beaches of Porto Rotondo and Costa Smeralda. As part of a territory valorization project, S'Arrexina consists of two indipendent holiday houses recently built inside a one hectare park; they recall the traditional features of Sardinian buildings, combining them with modern and functional design. S’Arrexina is the perfect base for those who love the crystal clean sea, beach life and watersports, sparkling and fashionable life of Costa Smeralda, but also for those who prefer exploring the inlands in search of traditions, festivals, crafts and natural wonders, during all seasons.
The country house is developed on 120 square metres: it has three cosy double bedrooms with private bathroom, and a luminous living room with open-plan kitchen. The imposing granite hills that stand behind the house offer a wonderful view.

Gas heater is an extra and costs 4 Euro per cube meter
In case of late check in after 8 pm, an extra cost of 10 Euro will be charged

Fabulous house to relax!!!

We spent two wonderful weeks in this charming house. The structure is new and the rooms are furnished simple & very tasteful! Still within reach of Olbia and some very beautiful beaches, but also far enough to offer some marvelous quiet evenings on the lovely terrace! Marco is a splendid host and was always available in case we had questions. We had a great time and will definitely return! It's highly recommendable!!!

Lovely house close by stunning beaches

Lovely house in secluded setting. House is well equiped, was very clean and matches the pictures. Very friendly owner. Location wise, there are several stunning beaches within 10 min drive, where we enjoyed lunch as well. Large supermarket in direction of Olbia where you'll find fresh markets as well. As we were travelling with our toddler we mainly stayed at the house for 'all fresco' dinner and bbq We stayed for a week during May and liked it so much we are actually returning the 1st week of September still this year!

Perfect Sardinian hideaway

This was the second time we stayed in one of the two lovely holiday homes. Last year we stayed in the smaller house and liked it so much that we booked to come back to the larger one this year. It's peaceful and far enough away from the resorts and crowds to feel very private, but close enough to be at various spectacular beaches and wonderful restaurants within minutes. The starry nights in the garden are one of our favourite things. The houses themselves are perfect. They're subtly stylish and classic with modern air conditioning and wi-fi. They're well equipped but simple enough to not feel like you're living in someone else's home. We've already booked to come back next year!

Traumurlaub mit Schönheitsfehlern

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt aber mit Schönheitsfehlern. Die Zuwegung zum Haus ist recht abenteuerlich. Die Sauberkeit ließ teilweise zu wünschen übrig. Die Fenster könnten eine Reinigung vertragen. Für die Außenmöbel gibt es keine Polster, Toilettenpapier muss man selbst mitbringen, die Kaffeemaschine ist nur ein Kaffeaufbereiter, Es gab keinen Staubsauger. Ansonsten war das Haus komplett und modern augestattet. Die Bäder waren sauber und alles funktionierte tadellos. Wir hätten uns eine Infomappe gewünscht, in der mehr Informationen über Müllentsorgung, Bedienung des Gasherdes, der Klimaanlage, Notfallrufnummern usw. zu finden sind. Alles in allem aber trotzdem 10 schöne Tage im Ferienhaus.

Alles hat gut geklappt, das Haus ist wie beschrieben, großzügig, freundlich, auch die Heizung hat gut funktioniert. Checkin und Checkout sehr unkompliziert, zeitlich nach unseren Wünschen.

Maison très agréable

Maison très agréable. Simple mais réalisée avec de beaux matériaux, avec bon goût. Double vitrage, moustiquaires, chauffage central, clim, robinetterie extra, très belles salles de bains, superbe piano dans la cuisine, grand frigo, beau carrelage, très bonne literie, draps fournis, serviettes nombreuses, très bien équipée (mais pas de Lave vaisselle), même la télé, jardin sympa avec des enfants. Vraiment très bien.Un grand supermarché est à quelques minutes en voiture. Seuls points noirs : la route, très proche, est très passante matin et soir et on n'a pas eu le silence que l'on pensait avoir avec une location isolée (mais on n'entend rien dans la maison la nuit). Et la gestion compliquée des poubelles quand on en reste pas une semaine : nous n'avions pas les sacs adaptés (transparents) : il faudrait fournir un livret détaillé concernant ce qu'on peut mettre ou pas mettre (avec des exemples) dans quoi (deux feuilles sur le frigo se contredisaient) , et mieux préciser la localisation où laisser les poubelles (on n'a pas trouvé).On a essayé de trouver des containers en ville pour les laisser : ça n'existe pas. A part ça, parfait !.

Schöne Lage, ruhig, nette Vermieter, nur etwas schwierig von selbst zu finden

Es ist ein sehr schöner Fleck auf der Erde, es ist ruhig und wunderschön angelegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Das einzige was man bemängeln kann, dass die Heizung nicht anging. Es wurde Abends doch etwas frisch und in der Nacht die Wäsche etwas Klamm... aber das ist Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank und alles Gute. Liebe Grüße Diana und Familie :)

Un paradiso

Abbiamo trascorso 15 giorni di vera vacanza.la casa si trova immersa nella macchia mediterranea e le foto sono assolutamente veritiere,anzi la casa dal vivo è ancora meglio. La casa è ben rifornita di tutto quello che puó servire per cucinare e vengono anche forniti asciugamani e lenzuola. Il giardino ben curato e la doccia sul retro sono utilissimi per quando si rientra dalla spiaggia E il patio esterno è perfetto per delle belle cene sotto il cielo stellato Vicina a golfo aranci e porto rotondo per cui se si ha voglia di uscire,tutto è a portata d'auto La consiglierei?assolutamente si! Anzi speriamo di rivederci,grazie ancora Anna

Perfekt, um die Costa Smeralda zu entdecken

Sehr schönes Haus in zentraler Lage, nahe der schönen Küste. Alles hat prima geklappt, Buchung, Hausübergabe und Zurechtfinden in der Umgebung. Nächster großer Conad Supermarkt mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten erreichbar, haben eine leckere Feinkostabteilung. Außendusche hinter dem Haus hat zwar nur kaltes Wasser, für uns war es jeden Abend ein schöne Erfrischung. Wir kommen wieder.

Super schönes und sauberes Haus, mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Ruhe und Entspannung garantiert….. Vermieter super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vacaciones inolvidables!

En julio disfrutamos de esta maravillosa casa del Golfo de la Marinella. Nos enamoramos del lugar desde que lo vimos en la web y cuando llegamos nos sentimos en el paraíso. La ubicación es perfecta, en mitad del campo y a unos minutos de las playas y calas de Costa Esmeralda. La casa es espectacular, justo lo que necesita una familia de 5. Muy amplia, cómoda y decorada con mucho cariño y de manera funcional. Con 3 habitaciones y 3 baños perfectos. La cocina, integrada en el salón, completamente equipada para disfrutar cocinando una cena después de una largo día en la playa. Los desayunos en el porche, los atardeceres y las puestas de sol desde el jardín con las montañas que la rodean completan el lujo que disfrutamos. Si la casa es un 10, sus dueños son un 20 sobre 10!, Marco, Tiziana, Maura y Carmela nos hicieron sentir en 'nuestra casa' desde que llegamos. Además durante nuestra estancia, nuestra hija pequeña tuvo que ser operada de urgencia en 'Olbia' y su entrega y ayuda fue vital para que todo saliera perfectamente. Os estaremos eternamente agradecidos y volveremos a vernos muy pronto! Gracias por estas vacaciones tan inolvidables... Cerdeña es un lugar cerca del Cielo! Familia Palazon-Othon - Madrid (Spain)

UN ANGOLO DI PARADISO DOVE TORNARE

Eccoci qui alla fine della nostra vacanza in questo angolo di paradiso dove manca solo il tempo per poter ritornare quanto prima, questa casa è semplicemente stupenda non le manca davvero nulla è accogliente e bellissima il luogo ideale dove trascorrere le serate in compagnia, dopo una giornata di sole nelle bellissime spiagge che potrete trovare tutte comodissime li vicino. La casa è in una posizione a dir poco strategica, noi eravamo in moto quindi per noi era una condizione fondamentale, ma quello che più rimane impresso è la pace e la serenità che ti lascia questo posto il luogo ideale dove rigenerarsi dalle fatiche, non manca assolutamente nulla tanto che noi la sera non siamo quasi mai usciti, il bellissimo porticato da la possibilità di respirare pienamente tutti i profumi di questa terra e di godere di cieli super stellati. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e sempre pronti a dare consigli. 10 ++ veramente a tutto non manca assolutamente nulla per essere perfetti, non vediamo l'ora di poter tornare perché è stata sicuramente la casa migliore di tutte, gli arredi essenziali ma tutti naturali, moderni e curati nei minimi particolari fanno da cornice ad un'isola speciale, quando si arriva l'unica cosa da fare è riempire l'enorme frigo e godersi tutto con calma e tranquillità. Un angolo di paradiso!!!!

S'Arrexina, casa vacanza 6634641. Immersa nella natura più incontaminata questa casa vacanza è una vera e propria oasi di pace e tranquillità pur trovandosi in una delle zone più belle e frequentate di tutta l'isola. E' un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare sia le spiagge (la più vicina si trova a soli 5 minuti di macchina) che l'entroterra della Gallura e della Costa Smeralda. Ma godersi le serate sotto l'ampio portico di casa, con tutte le comodità che offre l'alloggio, non ha paragoni: vi attenderà un giardino dai mille profumi della macchia mediterranea, un ampio tavolo per le cene da soli o in compagnia (c'è anche una griglia!!!!) per poi rilassarsi sulle sdraio sotto un cielo stellato. All'interno la casa è fornita di ogni comfort e arredata con gusto nei più piccoli dettagli: un'ampia zona giorno e una cucina invidiabile dotata di ogni accessorio; tre camere da letto ammobiliate con semplicità e cura e dotate di 3 bagni impeccabili completano il tutto. La casa al suo interno è sempre fresca, fornita di aria condizionata anche se noi non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno perchè molto ben isolata. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e cortesi. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno dispensato preziose informazioni su come raggiungere supermercati, ristorantini e luoghi di interesse, come ad esempio l'imperdibile paesino di San Pantaleo dove si svolge un mercatino di artigianato locale e dove al tramonto potrete prendere un aperitivo circondati dai monti che si tingono di rosa. Insomma non possiamo che consigliare questa splendida location che ci è davvero rimasta nel cuore, con la speranza di tornarci al più presto.

Splendida!

Il contesto è incantevole: siete sopra una collina immersi nel verde, ma con la possibilità di visitare le meraviglose spiagge del Golfo di Marinella in 5-10 minuti di auto. L'alloggio è molto confortevole: la casa è davvero bella e l'arredamento molto accurato; le numerose attrezzature e gli elettrodomestici presenti sono nuovi. Essendo in una posizione molto aperta, si mantiene molto fresca anche all'interno: in ogni caso è climatizzata. La casa dispone di un portico con tavolo esterno dove trascorrere serate piacevolissime. Adatta per gruppi numerosi (noi eravamo in 8) poichè dispone di 3 bagni e 3 stanze da letto più un divano letto nella zona giorno. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili a risolvere eventuali problemi (noi non ne abbiamo comunque avuti) e ad offrire preziosi consigli sui migliori ristoranti e le attrattive della zona.
