Superb luxury apartment with lovely long south-west facing balcony with sea views.
Combining style and comfort, this luxury apartment is finished and furnished to an excellent standard and is a wonderful base for your holiday in Lagos. Enjoying sea views from the moment you enter and from every room of the property, the best views are to be had from the balcony which runs the full length of the apartment and has a large outdoor dining table and 2 top of the range sun-loungers.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, and an en-suite with a large walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds which can be used as a large double, and adjacent a bathroom with walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have sea views with sliding patio doors leading out onto the balcony and both have ample wardrobe space.
High speed internet is installed along with cable TV. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, video entry system, electric window shutters, a safe, and a complete kitchen.
There are 2 pool and garden areas within the condo, both of which are walled and gated, with a good sized swimming pool in each. One area is for adults only. Guests will also have access to the gym and sauna.
Porto do Mós beach: 1.2km (15mins walk), Mini-market: 450m, Intermarché supermarket: 1.1km, Lagos town centre: 1.7km, Lagos marina: 2.7km, Boavista Golf: 3.4km.
