On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with two joined single beds (90x190 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a guest toilet in the living area. Two steps lead down to a bright and airy living-dining room with a fully equipped integrated kitchen. This space opens onto the private garden, which offers a covered porch with a seating area and a lawn with two sun loungers for private sunbathing.
Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. One bedroom has a double bed (150x200 cm), and the other has a smaller double bed (135x190 cm), ensuring both comfort and privacy.
The property includes air conditioning, heating, high-speed internet, and a private parking space right at the entrance. Additionally, the development offers access to a communal pool with landscaped areas in a well-maintained and exclusive environment.
