A lovely, Andalucian, 4 bedroom villa just a few minutes walk from San Pedro Beach.With a large, heated swimming pool (we have an automatic cover so very safe if you bring young children.To the rear of the house we have a rear chillout terrace to enjoy with BBQ and nice lighting for the evenings.We have a large double day bed in the garden for sunbathing or relaxing by the pool.Inside we have Air conditioning, WIFI Internet and SAT TV with all international channels inc box sets, movies and sports channelsThe location is fabulous - just a short walk to San Pedro beach or promenade and a few minutes walk into San Pedro center. Puerto Banus is 5 mins. in a taxi.

We really enjoyed staying in the house and would love to come back. However, the kitchen needs some upgrades to accommodate six people and to ensure everything works properly. The dining table on the veranda also needs some adjustment.

An amazing holiday villa and location

As frequent visitors to Benahavis we decided to try San Pedro and were not disappointed! The accommodation was excellent and extremely well located. Cleanliness was superb and the villa well equipped. A perfect family holiday in a tranquil and beautiful area. Martin and Stephen were both superb hosts with excellent communication and smooth check in, responses were super fast. We cannot wait to return!

The space and location are excellent. Martin was quick in replying to our messages and provided some missing items very quickly for us - thankyou. The location is good for walking to the beach, (10 mins or so), and the pool is brilliant. However, it felt like the house could do with some attention to detail. In places, the house feels tired. A half broken sunshade in the seating area, a broken wall, cracked tiles, some broken looking bikes round the side.As the previous guest says , the terrace dining table needs looking at. It wobbles a lot and has some sharp edges. More mugs and kitchen items would be great ! One of the bedrooms does not have air con (it has a fan which is not sufficient in peak summer and has no impact) and also does not have any wardrobe or drawers for clothes. A good stay, but really could do with a little tlc and more customer friendly things to make it better for those of us paying a hefty price for it. If these relatively small things were addressed, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Wintermonate im sonnigen Andalusien - super Erfahrung

sehr gute Lage in bewohntem Quartier, nahe vom Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten und top Promenade von San Pedro. praktische Küche und Einrichtung mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler. sehr praktisch mit Hund Januar / Februar war das Haus eher kühl, kalte Böden, Heizung über Klimaanlage hat aber gut funktioniert.
