Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions in Dublin, such as the Guinness Storehouse, the Irish Museum Of Modern Art, and many good restaurants scattered around the area.

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfy sofa and a TV where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing. There's also a balcony with a seating area to enjoy the stunning city views.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. There's also a dining area if you wish to dine in.

The two bedrooms contain comfortable UK double beds with hotel-quality linens.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety.

Dolphins Barn is in Dublin 8 south of inner Dublin. Dolphins Barn is a vibrant and multicultural area of Dublin with something to offer everyone. From the world-famous Guinness Storehouse and Irish Museum of Modern Art to the Pearse Lyons Whiskey Distillery and The Royal Hospital Kilmainham, there is plenty to see and do in the area. And, with multiple tram stops within walking distance, it is easy to get around and explore all Dublin offers.

For those looking for somewhere to eat or drink, there are plenty of options in Dolphins Barn. Bar BQ Tonight and Harkin's Bar and Bistro are great places to enjoy some traditional Irish cuisine, while Bastible is perfect for a night out. There are also plenty of cafes and takeaways, such as Noshington Café and New Curry And Grill, for when you need a quick bite to eat.

So, whether you're looking for a fun day out or a night on the town, Dolphins Barn is the perfect place to be.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

Closest tram stop: Fatima Luas - right outside the front door.

Bus connections are within 5 minute's walk.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
