Villa Sophia is located in a very quiet and green residential area of Forte dei Marmi, just 1.5 km from the beach and close to the town center. The property boasts a beautiful, well-kept fenced garden with lawn, enriched by various fine sculptures and a splendid marble swimming pool (9 x 4.4 m), open from May to September and equipped with parasol, sun loungers, and a lounge area. From the two large terraces on the upper floors, guests can enjoy a wonderful view of the distant Apuan Alps. The covered patio is equipped with a table for 6 people, ideal for outdoor lunches/dinners in complete privacy and tranquility. The villa's basement includes a garage for 2 cars, accessible via a ramp from the side gate.

Internal Description

Villa Sophia is elegantly furnished in a clever mix of modern and classic Tuscan-Versilian style. The interiors – characterised by colored and precious marbles, together with the selected furnishing accessories – offer a bright, pleasant and classy atmosphere.

The property is spread over 4 floors, and can accommodate up to 10 people, has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. Pets are not allowed.

Basement: The spacious, fully furnished basement features an open-plan living area with a wooden dining table for 10 people, a second table for 4, and a comfortable corner sofa.

Next to this is a wooden kitchen (equipped with stove, oven, and refrigerator) and a guest bathroom.

The floor also includes a laundry room and a small gym, which guests can use free of charge.

Ground floor: The entrance opens onto a bright open-plan living area with large horizontal windows and blue checkered granite flooring. This space is furnished with a large corner sofa, tv, decorative fireplace, and a dining table for 6.

Following is a spacious island kitchen with direct access to the garden, fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, blender, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee machine.

Also on the ground floor are a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

First floor: Climbing the white marble staircase leads to the first floor, which houses a comfortable room with a walk-in closet and 3 double bedrooms: a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower) and large terrace (with breakfast table); two bedrooms (one furnished with designer Michelucci furniture and the other in modern style) that share a bathroom with hot tub and shower.

Second floor: On the villa’s top floor there is a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with a large terrace offering views of both the Apuan Alps and the sea.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Internet Wifi; utilities (water, gas, electricity).

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (400.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 4,000.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (200.00€) is also requested at check-in (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
