This charming 40 m² one-bedroom apartment in Lisbon is the perfect retreat for couples seeking comfort and convenience during their stay. Located on the basement level and accessible by stairs, it combines a restful atmosphere with all the essentials for a memorable experience.

The open-plan living area is designed for relaxation. It features a comfortable sofa, a TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Step outside to the cosy patio, where a seating area invites you to unwind with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, from a stove and oven to essential cookware and cutlery. For extra convenience, you will also find a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment to handle your laundry needs.

The bedroom offers a standard-sized bed with hotel-quality linens, ensuring restful nights.

The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and everything you need to refresh after a day of exploring Lisbon.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Located in the elegant and historic Príncipe Real district, the property offers the perfect base for discovering Lisbon. This refined neighbourhood blends the charm of traditional architecture with a lively atmosphere filled with boutique shops, cafes, gardens, and cultural landmarks.

Transport connections are excellent, with the R. Poiais São Bento light rail stop just a five minute walk away and the Príncipe Real station about six minutes away. Several bus lines also operate nearby, making it easy to explore the city.

A short stroll will take you to the Maynense Museum, the Geological Museum, and the historic underground water reservoir known as the Reservatório Patrical. The Jardim de São Pedro de Alcântara viewpoint is also within easy reach and offers one of the most stunning panoramic views over Lisbon and the Tagus River. The beautiful Igreja de São Roque is close by as well.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest metro station, Rato, is just a 15-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
