A magnificent flat filled with natural light in Playa de Ris with a 150 m2 private garden and a large enclosed garage (car and motorcycle). Located in a small residential building on Avenida de Ris, 100 meters from the best entrance to the beach and the municipal sports center/pools/spa and leisure center, the old golf course, restaurants, water sports, entertainment, etc. It also has an adjustable double bed, two 90 cm beds that can be pushed together, a second bed with a "kangaroo" bed, and a new double sofa bed. Two full bathrooms and two terraces. Both the flat and the garden are garden fully equipped. Available all year-round, with heating, dishwasher, and a large enclosed garage directly below the apartment. Two cribs and a high chair are available upon request. This is a very special areaall year-round. I speak several languages. Wi-Fi is available. Cleaning services provided by a company. Self-service or in-person check-in. Touristic information available upon request. I speak English.
