We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the location to the hot tub. Our family and dogs felt at home with all the amenities we needed for our weekend getaway. The owners were responsive after our stay and we cannot wait to visit again soon!

We loved the property! We wished there was a tv in the bedrooms but that’s ok. The parking was a little rough getting in and out of. Big vehicles are tight. The traffic was busy. Walking was perfect!

At our property, we’ve intentionally kept TVs limited to the living room to encourage a more relaxing, unplugged mountain experience. Being in Midtown Ruidoso, we love that guests can step outside and enjoy the fresh air, scenic surroundings, and easy walkability to shops, restaurants, and local favorites just minutes away. That said, we always appreciate hearing what matters most to our guests, and your feedback helps us continue to improve. Father's Day Party in the Pines

Made our first trip to Ruidoso and already want to plan a return. This property is located in walking distance of so much. We enjoyed having coffee outside and watching the wildlife. The house was clean and very cozy. Check in was easy. Would stay again!

Hot tub was working and clean; the place itself was very clean and welcoming. It was reasonably pet friendly and had additional gated area in the back that was very well received by our dog. Location was excellent.

Nice stay

Except for the loud music from the beer garden next door, which we were aware of ahead of our stay, it was good. And the music ended around 10:00 so it wasn’t that bad.

Perfect Location

This really cute cabin had everything we needed. My daughter, grand daughter and I wanted to be able to walk to the shops and this place was perfect! I would absolutely stay here again!

Not what I expected!!!

I have stayed in properties literally all over the world and have never been more disappointed. Both beds were so broken down neither were really usable. The bath tub had a bath mat that was dirty with mold we took it outside. We were afraid to let our 3 year old daughter sit on it while bathing. Almost every light fixture in the house had burnt out light bulbs. The oven was broken and not usable. Only 1 steak knife in the house. The beds were the main problem as I said earlier they are so broken down if you have a bad back like I do it’s a tough place to sleep.

Great location

This property is in a great location to walk all the shops of Ruidoso. The nice gated yard is a nice option for when it is warmer. The house is actually bigger than the pictures show. Perfect for a weekend getaway!

My husband and I have owned this property for the past 10 years and have been hosting guests here as a nightly rental for the last 9. Over the years, we also operated a small beer and wine garden attached to the property, which we closed in January 2026 as we shifted our focus fully to hosting. We truly love this space and the opportunity to share it with others. Located right in the heart of Midtown Ruidoso, it’s a special place where guests can relax while being just steps away from everything the area has to offer.
