I chose this area because it's a hidden gem. A tiny guest house, surrounded by towering saguaros with views of the Catalina mountains. Just outside the gate are miles of hiking, biking and walking trails. It's also private and super convenient - close to Pima College, UofA, Downtown Tucson, Banner Medical Center, and the 1-10 Freeway.

This property is unique because it was one of the first homes in the area. It sits on 2 gated acres and faces away from the main house toward the Catalina mountains. Enjoy the desert wildlife, hummingbirds, roadrunners and jack rabbits up close. At night star gaze from the patio!
