Casa Ondiva is a graceful two-story independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps two people. From Casa Ondiva you will enjoy a charming view of the surrounding buildings and of the sea. Casa Ondiva is 18 square meters (194 square feet). It features a private patio and air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed).
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 100 meters (330 feet), a grocery store at 250 meters (820 feet), the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles).
You will reach Casa Ondiva from the parking area going up a 200-meters (660-feet) public route that includes approximately 190 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Ondiva. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 200 meters (220 yards), free of charge in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Patio
The patio is 5 square meters (53 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the coastline.

Parking
The parking area is shared with guests staying at a nearby hotel, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The parking space is suitable for one car. Entrance LevelLiving Room
The ceiling of the living room has white exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple, and include a small sofa. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio, going down approximately eight steps, through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room going down four steps. The ceiling of the kitchen is vaulted. It is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate two guests. The kitchen has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Mezzanine LevelBedroom
In the living room you will find a closed mezzanine level, without door. The ceiling is vaulted and has an height of 94 centimeters (3.1 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two bedroom chairs. The room has a window with a view of the sea, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
