The house is about 28 sq.m. and is located in the Agios Nikolaos area of Artemida Town, just 300 meters from the beach.
It features one bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a closet, as well as a small sofa.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, small oven, stove, toaster, and kettle. The bathroom includes a shower with hot water. Additionally, there is a shared washing machine and dryer in the outdoor storage room.
Enjoy your coffee or lunch on the large veranda, which is covered and sheltered from the sun and rain. The accommodation also features a beautiful garden.
You may park your car either on the street right outside the accommodation or within the property’s private outdoor area.
Nearby amenities such as a bakery, mini market, cafés, restaurants, and taverns are all within walking distance.
Included for free: WiFi and 2 bicycles.
