Check the maps!! The way Google Maps took us up huge hills to just go down a big hill to the place. But around other corner as we were walking around found much smaller ones sooo be careful! Other than that it was a great location and easy like 20-25 min walk to Acropolis area and plaka.

We had a fantastic stay. Ideal location for all attractions walkable to trams, bus and metro. Apartments has been upgraded to have charging station next to the bed., air on was a life saver. Bathroom clean and modern. Loved the shampoo and body soap. Rooftop terrace was the cherry on the cake with amazing sunsets with incredible view.

The location and VIEW are fantastic! Our rental agents were very helpful, setting up arrival and departure cabs with helpful cab drivers. Prompt replies to our questions put us at ease in a country where we didn't speak the native language. A great experience in Athens!!

Really great hosts. Great communication on the day. Met us there, helped us with luggage and explained everything in the apt. Washer and drying rack were helpful. Balcony was fantastic although the chair seats were breaking. Slight problem with shower floor flooding slightly. Overall would def rent it again. Convenient for buses and restaurants nearby.

Perfect little spot

We loved our stay, for us it was pefect and all we needed. Our balcony was huge, plenty of shops near by and the bakery across the street was on point and the corner bar was quaint and easy.

The driver who picked me up at the airport required me to walk a very long distance.The entrance to the "villa" had very steep winding steps that were dangerous. I'm the listing, thrre was a picture of a beautiful patio, but it was ugly with no chairs and a terrible view. The villa was far from any activities and the neighborhood was rundown and some cab drivers turned ne down. There were alot of ants i had to kill. There was no space for a suitcase. Only could use 1 chipped cup for coffee and 1 glass that I could reach in the cabinet and everything else required someone at least 6 feet tall. The only good things were that the host was easy to contact and the villa looked good inside. No directions to the metro and no one knew where it was so I had to walk a long distance or take a taxiAll in all, a bad experience.

We loved our visit to Athens and this studio was perfect for our short stay. The communication was great and we always knew what to expect. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a very nice studio with a large private balcony right in the center of Athens.

Communication with the host, Harry, was easy. Harry was very accommodating and informative. Harry arranged an airport pick up with Giannis, which made our first time experience in Greece that much more easy. Giannis was very nice and gave us the run down of the flat upon arrival. The flat is in the heart of a neighborhood in Greece, which we loved. The flat is small but plenty big enough for my wife and I. We spent each night on our private patio overlooking the Acropolis, which never got old. It was very convenient to the metro and very accessible to historical Greece. I would recommend a hop on and off tour, which has a stop a short 8 minute walk away and across from the original Olympic stadium. Outside of the flat, there are places to eat, enjoy a drink, shop for a few groceries and take in authentic Greece. We would definitely stay there agian!

I loved staying both the apartment and the neighborhood. The communication with the host is unparalleled, I asked them questions throughout my stay about where to find good gyros and if the water in the apartment is potable (it is). Both were answered kindly and quickly. Check-in was smooth, they give you the contact information of who will meet you at the apartment the night before. I landed in Athens early in the morning (like eight hours before check-in) and once the previous guests had left they graciously met me at the apartment a couple of hours before check-in to allow me to store my bags while the apartment was cleaned (nothing was stolen). The apartment does indeed have a view of the Acropolis which is very pretty especially at sunset. Outside patio is about as large as the actual apartment. Neighborhood is safe with cute cafes and public transportation both close-by. It’s in a less touristy area while still being accessible to major attractions. Apartment has AC, a tv, a washer, shower, kettle, sink with drinkable water, stove, etc. It’s the only apartment on the top floor which was nice for privacy. Went as a solo female traveler and felt very safe here thanks to the host and location. Would stay here again. If you have more than 2-3 people the apartment will be a little cramped is my only note (it’s a studio).

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It's very cute and, most importantly, in a great location. We loved being just steps away from a vibrant, popular neighborhood with so many great restaurants and cool bars.The best part? Being so close to the Olympic Stadium was awesome! As for the apartment itself, the amenities were perfect. And a special thank you to the air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during our August visit... it was more than welcome! And let's talk about the terrace... the view was so pleasant, whether for enjoying a drink in the evening or having a coffee at breakfast in the morning. Those relaxing moments really made our stay perfect.We can't wait to come back

Not quite ready

The landlord was gracious enough to let us check in early. However, even thiough there were 2 beds listed in the posting, there would have been an extra surcharge for bedding for the second bed. I ended up buying my own bed linen. The terrace had a beautiful view, but the pavers were dirty, the lounge chair had a ripped seat back making it unusable and the poor plant in the corner was struggling to make it. The location was perfect with a number of restaurants and cafes nearby. Also bus stop was just a half a blcok away.

We have now made it clearer that should guests need to use the sofa bed, they will have to make a reservation for at least 3 persons. From arrival to departure, everything was wonderful. Although we arrived before check-in, some e was able to meet us. Show us around the apartment, and allowed us to leave our luggage. The stag was comfortable and we really enjoyed the terrace. We would definitely stay here again!

Harry and his team were professional, friendly and super helpful. The restaurant recommendations were excellent, check-in was easy and they arranged airport transfer at a competitive price. Velia and Panos were lovely. The apartment is close to the Olympic stadium, the National Park and the Changing of the Guard. It is NOT in the middle of the tourist district, so if you prefer a more authentic Greek neighbourhood, not far from the major attractions, this is a good bet. The Acropolis is a 30 minute walk or 12 minute taxi ride. There is a grocery store just up the street and several coffee shops and bakeries in the area.Although the apartment is small, the roof top deck is large and has sun or shade any time of day. It is quiet for sleeping. You have the “top floor” to yourself We really enjoyed our stay.

One of the best apartments I've stayed at. A fantastic view, clean apartment, very easy to check in and communicate with host, they arranged our taxi pickup and departure.Be aware that there is 1 flight of stairs to climb so it is not recommended for people who can't bring their bags up and down stairs.
