The 70 m² villa is cleverly laid out with three bedrooms – two with comfortable box-spring beds and a third with two single beds. The master bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom, and there is also a second bathroom with a spacious walk-in rain shower, plus a separate toilet for extra convenience.

The cosy living room includes a seating area with TV, a dining table, and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob with integrated extractor, combi oven, and dishwasher – ideal for relaxed cooking together.
