The apartment is approximately 40 sq.m. with an additional 20 sq.m. loft area. It is centrally located in Artemida Town, just 60 meters from the beautiful, long sandy beach.
Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" is 7 km away and Rafina's Port is 7 km away as well.

The space offers all modern amenities.
Upstairs in the loft, you’ll find a cozy double bed, a small desk, a smart TV, and an open closet.

On the ground level, there are two single beds that double as sofas when the space is not occupied by a third or fourth guest. This area also includes a smart TV and a small sitting/bench area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, hobs, toaster, kettle, and washing machine. The bathroom features a shower and hot water.

The Kyma Holiday Loft in Artemida was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Everything worked well: air conditioning, washing machine, kitchen appliances, shower. Check-in and check out were easy. The location was very close to the beach as well as to restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, ATMs, etc. We recommend this apartment.
