CoralStone Escape, a lovingly restored celebration of Barbados’ architectural soul and natural beauty. The house features its original coral stone walls, quarried from the limestone that forms Barbados’ geological composition. Similarly, it's terracotta floors are crafted from locally mined clay mined, echoing the island’s ceramic heritage of Amerindian Arawaks. While it's awning windows, are a hallmark of Bajan vernacular architecture. Throughout the home, these intentionally preserved features are thoughtfully complemented by wood accents, soft coastal hues, and curated touches that evoke the sea. Every detail is designed to harmonize with the home’s natural bones while offering modern amenities and comfort.
Outside offers a fully screened/fenced retreat that invites relaxation and alfresco dining. A budding hedge adds a touch of privacy as it grows into a lush natural border, while the lawn offers the perfect setting for unwinding under the island sun. Enjoy casual meals or cocktails at the picnic bench shaded by an adjustable patio umbrella - ideal for soaking in the tropical ambiance.
The lawn extends to the back of the property, where an outdoor clothes line is conveniently sited. While on the opposite side, the gated driveway accommodates two vehicles, ensuring secure, convenient off-street parking during your stay.
