The apartment is in an unbeatable central location, right across from Piazza Navona in the historic center, where you can immerse yourself directly in the wonders of Rome.
You’ll find a brand-new, recently renovated apartment with elegant furnishings and soft colors—a cozy atmosphere enhanced by the charm of the coffered ceilings. You can’t help but fall in love with this apartment!
Equipped with all modern amenities: a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and central air conditioning (heating and cooling). The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and bidet. It also has an automatic door opener.
There’s a large Smart TV in both the living area and the bedroom.
The sleeping area features a spacious walk-in closet and a very comfortable double bed, with bed linens and towels included.
Please note: the building, which dates back to the 1800s, does not have an elevator, but don’t worry—we have a concierge service ready to help you!

Other Things to Keep in Mind
None other than a check-in attendant will welcome guests, explain the apartment’s features, and be available in case of emergencies or special needs. Guests are required to send a text message before their arrival to arrange check-in and avoid waiting time (for both you and the check-in attendant)
Theapartment is located on the second floor, but there is a concierge service available for guests
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. For arrivals after 9:00 PM, for any reason, late check-in fees will be charged in cash. 21:00 - 22:00 = 25 €; 22:00 - 00:00 = 35 €; after midnight = 40 € + 10 € for each additional hour.
