This cabin was perfect. Cozy beds, full kitchen, comfy living room, and great hot tub. The location was nice at the tail end of our ring road trip, and the hosts were very quick to answer questions.

Property is beautiful. Clean, well taken care of, good roads and easy to get to. Every kitchen tool we needed, they had it. Which is good, because it was about a 40 minute drive to the nearest grocery store. When they say cozy- well, there isn't any wasted space!. I will say we couldn't use the loft because I couldn't make it up the steps, and my nephew is 6'3", abd the space was too small for any of the suitcases to make it upstairs. So he slept on the couch. Beautiful location, not far from Krauma hot springs, or the lava cave. Well worth the money and time- highly recommend. The hot tub at the house was also amazing. Definitely worth the stay!

Absolutely LOVED our stay at this gorgeous little cabin - its SO peaceful and pleasant being surrounded by a lovely garden and lots of trees! The cabin has everything you need for a VERY comfortable stay! We loved the 'Hot Pot' and having a game of boules every day during our stay. Its in a fantastic location and not far from the Geothermal baths Krauma and also waterfalls and activities at Husafell. We also had drives out to Borgarnes and Grundarfjordur - where my partner and son climbed Kirkjufell. So you can really make the most of your stay and have some great adventures! I also loved all the communication with the host Audur - who is so lovely and helpful - so much so I wanted to adopt her and keep her as my Icelandic penfriend! Thank you for having us and for helping us to have the most wonderful and amazing time in Iceland (one of my FAVE countries EVER!) 3

This accommodation is outstanding. Nestled among the trees, it guarantees peace and relaxation. There is a small meadow that our children made extensive use of, happily leaving their smartphones aside for a while.The accommodation also provides various games, both for outdoor and indoor use. In general, the facilities and equipment are far above average. Everything is exceptionally well organized and there is absolutely everything you could possibly need—and more. Simply incredible.Communication with the host was also perfect. We had a few minor questions and requests here and there, and she always replied quickly and was able to help us immediately.The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The location itself is also fantastic. Without having to drive far, you have glaciers, lava caves, beautiful waterfalls, and plenty of hiking opportunities right nearby. You could easily spend at least a week here without getting bored. If you can’t find enough to do to make full use of a week here, there’s probably no helping you!The only thing that requires a little planning is grocery shopping. The nearest larger supermarket we found was in Borgarnes, which is about 45 minutes away. But that’s just how things are in Iceland.We stayed in several different accommodations during our trip with our family of five. By far, this was the best one of our entire journey.

Zeer aangenaam huisje, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en een geweldige hottub.Contact met de eigenaar was zeer vriendelijk en we zullen er zeker nog een keer terugkomen.
