The villa itself is designed as a self-contained studio measuring 36 m² and comfortably furnished for a restful stay. It features one large double bed and two sofa beds, making it suitable for up to three guests. The private kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities, including a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, and kitchenware, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease. A dining area and table are provided both indoors and outdoors, giving flexibility for al fresco evenings. The private bathroom is well appointed with a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer, towels, and toiletries. Towels and sheets are included, though fresh sets may be requested at an additional charge.



The studio is fully air-conditioned with an individual unit ensuring comfort at all times, while the interior is complemented by traditional tiled floors, a desk and seating area, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. A private terrace and balcony overlook the garden and mountains, creating a calm environment for relaxation. Free on-site parking close to the property is available for guests’ convenience.

The use of the private pool is exclusive to guests of Villa Aris. The property operates as a self-catering accommodation with no permanent staff in residence, though cleaning services and linen changes may be arranged upon request and subject to extra charges. A refundable damage deposit may be required upon arrival, payable in cash, and is returned at departure provided no damage has occurred. Smoking is not permitted inside the property, and pets are not allowed.
