This 23m² private room in a shared apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building without an elevator in Vienna’s 3rd district. It can accommodate up to 2 guests and is ideal for solo travelers or couples.



The room features a double bed (140x200 cm), sofa bed and a Smart TV for guests to enjoy. It comfortably accommodates 2 guests.



The windows of the room face the courtyard, and the door is sealed with foam to minimize noise, allowing for a quiet environment.



The kitchen is shared and fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. It includes an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, and all essential cookware, pots, pans, and cutlery.



The room also has its own dining space, offering flexibility and comfort for guests.



A washing machine is available for your convenience.



The room has a shared bathroom with a bathtub. The toilet is in a separate room and is shared.

Entry doors not secure, no elevator as promised. TV not visible from the bed. Not really located in city central. Everything was worn and aged. The floors had sink soft spots. The advertised pictures were better than the real thing. The bed was comfortable. Missing floor moldings, chipped door openings, screws holding warped flooring down. All door hardware is ancient mortise lock sets. Cumbersome and noisy. The price was way over value.
