We are Paolo and Silvia, brother and sister. We are a computer scientist and a biologist, and we rent out our home for short stays. We are not professional hosts, but we try to welcome our guests as best we can. Staying with us is a bit like staying with your aunt.
The flat is simple and has a family atmosphere, but it is fully equipped and offers everything you need. We take particular care with cleanliness, and you will certainly find it impeccable.
The house has a large kitchen where you will find everything you need, a spacious air-conditioned living room with two sofas for reading and relaxing, and a large dining table.
There are two bathrooms: one with a bath and the other with a shower, without a bidet, where you will find the washing machine.
Two large, soundproofed double bedrooms are ready to welcome you. In both rooms, you can have separate beds or a double bed. An additional cot for children is available on request. We will provide you with all the necessary household linen.
IMPORTANT: when booking, please let us know how you would like the beds arranged.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but there are two balconies with tables where you can smoke, as well as enjoying the communal garden.
The flat is located in a very quiet area, although it is close to the main road connecting to the city of Bergamo, we are about 500 metres outside its boundaries, in a neighbourhood with excellent services: close to the town hall, post office, library, hospital, tobacconist, and there are several supermarkets and bars in the area, but on a side street where there is parking.
It is well served by the ATB line 8 and is a 10-minute drive from Orio al Serio Airport, 5 minutes from the Bergamo Exhibition Centre and 20 minutes by bus from the city centre.
We normally do check-ins in person, but alternatively, you can always check in and check out independently using an external box.
IMPORTANT: The day before your arrival, we will contact you to give you all the information you need to access the property. If we are unable to welcome you in person, once you have sent us a copy of your documents, we will give you the code for the keys and instructions on how to enter. Check-in is 24 hours a day.
