気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン
Our start was terrible because the code to the unit did not work. We had to wait for the manager to arrive and let us in. Despite asking multiple times, we did not receive keys and we went through the same experience on our second day, again having to wait outside the doors for the manager to let us in. Apart from entry issues, the apartment did not go through quality check prior to our arrival and was lacking cleanliness in many aspects. Few to mention: 3-4 big bags of dirty towels and sheets left in a room by the entry, no toilet paper, drinking water and many other supplies. We had to ask the manager multiple times to provide the basic items. Extra comforters were dirty and just looking at the state of it made us uncomfortable using other linens. Bidet shower had a leak. Closets were messy with items left from previous occupants, such as baby diapers etc. Iron was not usable with the shortest wire possible. As a Vrbo guest we did not feel comfortable having staff enter the unit in our absence. The only positive aspect of this property is the location and privacy level.
