すべてのベッドルームとリビングルームのエアコンとファンで新しく改造され（価格に含まれます）、2階のベッドルーム、2つのバスルーム、2つの大きなリビングルーム、キッチンとテラス、中階の2つの部屋、2つのバスルームがあります、サウナ、テラス、最後に1階-スイミングプール2ベッドルーム、バスルーム、リビングルーム、キッチンがある独立したアパート。

Perfect

Ignatio and Marilen were the perfect hosts. They made us feel at home. The villa was everything we expected and more. If you love space, eating outside, swimming and relaxing in a stunning, elevated setting, close to shops and sea, this place is difficult to beat. Loved it. Thank you

Great location!

Great location, lots of space, amazing pool with fabulous views. BBQ and outdoor kitchen. Great hosts. It made our family trip in Spain one to remember and we’ll definitely come back!

Very relaxing holidays

We as a group of 11 enjoyed our stay here. The facility is exactly as presented in the pictures. The outdoor kitchen and the infinity pool with breathtaking views of the mediterraerean is where we spent most of out time.The heated pool was definitely a big plus. The weather was pleasant throughout our stay.The wind from the ocean makes hot days bearable. Again thank you Ignacio and marilen for all the help and tipps regarding Restaurants and Supermarkets nearby. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful surroundings and unforgettable views

The stay here was excellent! The house was even better than it is presented on the website. Everything worked correctly. The price corresponds to the quality. Having a car is almost a must here because the house is quite uphill. But your reward is beautiful surroundings and unforgettable views. Can definitely be recommended.

Casa Alba

This is a spacious, well appointed and well furnished property with breathtaking views of the whole coastal area between Moraira and Calpe. It is well equipped and includes a kitchen and barbecue area adjacent to the outside pool area. At a lower level, are laundry facilities and an outside games area. We were a party of 10, ages 14 to 76. Each of us were impressed by what was on offer.

Fabulous Family Holiday Home! 5 Stars!

My family and I enjoyed the most fabulous 10 days here. It was the perfect space to accommodate our large group, adults and kids alike. The outdoor space was spectacular, we spent every evening cooking in the outdoor kitchen and eating our meals enjoying the sea views. Management of the home was really wonderful as well. The washing machine was not working properly when we arrived and a new one was delivered and installed the next day. Marilen also provided us with delicious Paella, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. We will definitely be looking to return in the near future.

Family Vacation

The property worked well for all of us. We had lots of room with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We utilized the outdoor kitchen as our main kitchen to cook and entertain. The use of the ping pong table and pool were used daily. Our host walked us through the property upon arrival and was available if we had any further questions. The views from this property are unbelievable making our stay exceptional. I highly recommend this place. We sailed, fished, sunset catamaran, shopped within the local area and towns. I do recommend you have a car for this property or have your transportation setup prior to coming as taxis were hard to get. We used La Estrella transportation from the airport and local visits as needed. we had 11 of us. Honestly no one wanted to leave this little slice of Heaven:(

The property is just lovely !

The only thing that needs improvement is the ability to use the pool heater with other electrical items. At this time, the pool heater cannot run even if only the television is on. Also, there is no indication in the listing that the sauna is an extra charge, but it's €30 a day to use for some reason. We were really excited to have a sauna but ended up not using it due to the lack of ability to use electricity (all the power shuts off) and the fact that it was €30 a day.

Amazing house!

We stayed in the house in August, we were 5 adults and 5 kids. The view is breathtaking, it is not possilble to describe it by words! It is a big house, every family had our own floor (we were 3 families). We ate lunch at restaurants, and dinner back at the house. The outside kitchen is perfect! You will need a car to get around. The house is on top of a hill, and it is to far to walk (and to hot in August!). Some tips: - Eat at El Chamizo, Moraira. The food is excellent! Book table. - Eat at Bar La Cabana Moraira. We loved that place! - By food at Pepe la Sal - Go to Calpe, Denia and Xabia. Thanks to Ignacio and Marilen for everything! / Emelie with family and friends

Quirky house but awesome view

Without a doubt you've got a spectacular view here. However, the house is really quirky. Three kitchens (including one outdoor) but they are super tiny and not chef friendly at all. Comfort level for the beds was about 5/10. The bathrooms were dated and awkward with tiny showers and/or climb over tubs and the bath towels seemed as if they were washed with handsoap in the local river... Also, the wifi was spotty all week and the TV required an engineering degree to operate (4 remotes with poor instructions) Would not recommend.

5 day stay with family

Had a nice stay, all the family enjoyed themselves, we didn't pay for the pool heating and i was glad as everyone was in the pool without heating as it was a large amount to add on. Once your in the body get use to the temperature, this was in May 2nd onward. There is a lot of stairs so need to be careful with children and old people, we had my mother in-law but she did manage to travel down to the pool a couple of times. As others have mentioned you need a car, cant walk to the town, if you did you would never walk back as it is steep hills all the way up but needs to be up there to get the amazing views of the sea and calpe rock. The bins are quite far and we did a couple of rubbish runs, my partner said its about 3 minutes in the car. House is unusual with lots of ornaments from around the world. Rooms are in different levels. Double and 2 singles up top, double master and 2 singles in the middle and another area next to the pool that is kind of separate from the rest, has its own small kitchen , 1 bed down there is open and no door or storage and the other has its own room. We had a good family holiday.

The villa was big and sprawling, offering space and sanctuary. The views were spectac

The villa was big, rustic and homely, filled with items from countries far and wide. There was an offering of space to either be together with our friends or find sanctuary for refection. The morning sunrise was worth the early rise, the peace, colours and of course the ocean were food for the day. The location was high up the mountain and not easily walkable to the ocean but a winding steep 15 min car journey got our swimmers within our group to their favourite spot. There were plenty of beautiful restaurants to choose from close by but also needing a car, taxis were available but not always easy to get. There are 3 kitchens in the villa but the indoor kitchens are very small and it was tricky to cook for 12 ladies. The outdoor kitchen is a lot bigger but our trip was in the shoulder season and the evenings were too chilly to cook outside. Being a chef I found that the kitchen was limited and more attention to what is required when cooking for large groups would be useful - “the devils in the detail” I feel the villa would be most wonderfully suited to 2 families rather than 12 adults as the beds didn’t quite work for us although we all loved our stay and managed to make the sleeping arrangements work. This villa is special, there is no doubt. Thank you to Ignacio for ease of communication and sharing this beautiful space and a big thank you to Marilen for looking after us.

Unbeschreiblich faszinierende Lage mit 180grad blick über das Meer. Die Aussenküche am Pool ist neben der schönen Aussicht das absolute Highlight der Unterkunft. Selbst beim Kochen, kann man den Ausblick geniessen. Die Kommunikation mit Ignazio war jederzeit sehr zielführend, freundlich und entgegenkommend. 100% Weiterempfehlung! Vielen Dank. Diese Villa in ist wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes. Check in: So liebevolle Menschen wie Marilen und ihr Mann, die uns begrüßt und durch das Haus geführt haben war der perfekte Start. Das Haus selbst ist ein Traum. Wir kamen im Dunklen an, die Illumination des Hauses, des Pools und der Blick über Moraira und Calpe waren umwerfend. Marilen hat uns alles im Detail gezeigt und erklärt und wir fühlten uns nach 10 Minuten wie zu Hause. Am nächsten Morgen, dieser Ausblick von allen Winkeln des Hauses ist wirklich atemberaubend. Die Bilder bei Fewo zeigen nur einen Bruchteil dieser Traumimmobilie. So unfassbar viel Platz, so gemütlich wie alles ist, so liebevoll und zum Teil kunstvoll eingerichtet, ist Weltklasse. Die Außenküche ist das Beste, was wir je erlebt haben. Sie bietet alles und wir haben sie 14 Tage ausschließlich genutzt. Wir waren 9 Personen und jeder einzelne war hin und weg. Das "Doppelbett" im Poolbereich, die Liegen mit Auflagen, der "Spielbereich" der Chillout-Bereich, alles perfekt. Ignacio als Manager und Marilen als Betreuung vor Ort verdienen 5*. Zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Zu meinem Geburtstag habe ich bei Marilen Paella bestellt, die sie selbstgemacht auf die Minute geliefert hat - soooo lecker. Mehr geht einfach nicht. Wer dieses Haus bucht, bucht eine Traumunterkunft, in einer Traumumgebung mit einer Traumbetreuung. Es mag sein, dass aufgrund der Superlative Leser an dieser Bewertung zweifeln, aber es ist so wie beschrieben.LG

Smuk beliggenhed med udsigt til bjerge ikke langt fra historiske byer

Skønt hus med plads til 8 personer. Pool, udeområde samt udestue var vores primære go to steder. Fremragende udsigt. Bureau’et var MEGET hjælpsomt, da der manglede lidt ting i huset. Strømmen gik i Spanien og andre lande. Bureauet klatrede over låger for at tjekke om vi var ok, samt kom med ting vi manglede.. TAK. Vi vil komme retur

Traumhafter Ausblick

Die Outdoorküche ist super. Der Pool und die Aussicht haben uns jeden Tag begeistert! Den Pool würde ich für Kinder nicht empfehlen, da man nach den Einstieg mit der Treppe nicht mehr stehen kann. Auch für Erwachsene die nicht schwimmen können, ist eine Schwimmhilfe erforderlich (Schwimmnudel oder Luftkissen). Dieses Objekt hat viele Treppen. Das sollte bei der Auswahl berücksichtigt werden. Wir hatten unsere Oma (80) mit dabei und hatten ihr das Zimmer beim Pool gegeben, damit sie nicht so viele Treppen gehen musste. Das ging sehr gut. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr gut und Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Marilen hat uns eine Paella gekocht, was unseren Spanienurlaub perfekt gemacht hat.

Una estancia maravillosa - un séjour merveilleux

Ya es la segunda vez que veraneamos en Casa Alba y no pudimos pasarlo mejor. La casa es fantástica y las vistas inmejorables. Todo está de lujo y pensado para que los inquilinos difruten. Queremos volver ya! C'est la seconde fois que nous passons nos vacances ici. La maison est fantastique et la vue mer imprenable sur toute la longueur de la terrasse. Tout est conçu pour que les locataires passent un moment formidable. Nous avons vraiment hâte de revenir.

Fenomenal

La casa es increíble y las al mar son de lo que no hay. Lo pasamos genial, los niños también y se nos va a hacer el año muy largo de las ganas que tenemos de volver el año que viene. La maison est incroyable et la vue sur la mer est à couper le souffle. Le gérant est très à l’écoute et nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis. Vivement le retour l’an prochain !

Fantastisk udsigt

Dejlig bolig med skøn udsigt. Mange trapper mellem etagerne, og derfor ikke børnevenlig Skønt pool område og velfungerende udekøkken. Tak for et fint ophold :-)
