The bright bathroom is modern, with underfloor heating and a washer-dryer column. The property is also heated via a heat pump, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate all year round. The living room invites relaxation and socializing in bright, comfortable surroundings, with cable TV and fast, stable internet. For families with young children, a high chair and travel cot are provided, so even the smallest guests are considered. Outside, two cozy covered terraces await, perfect for enjoying holiday days with grilling, good meals, and the fresh sea air. From the north-facing terrace, you might even catch a glimpse of deer in the forest edge – a charming reminder of the area’s peaceful nature. The lawn area down toward the sea is free to use, and a small path from the property leads directly to the beach at charming Hammerhavn. The area offers attractive shared facilities for both children and adults, including a large playground with a giant jumping pillow, zipline, swings, slide, and pétanque court. In addition, there are charging stations for electric cars in the area. The home is situated in a quiet, well-maintained area with short distance to the impressive rocky coast and numerous beautiful, hilly walking and cycling trails.
