Delightful stay

Lovely decor; every gadget or tool you would want in the kitchen. Beautiful view of Gulf of America from our balcony. Only thing missing was directions was how to use the remotes for the TV.

Cool spot

As advertised. A bit dated but clean. Close to everything and beach is a short walk off the property. Kids really enjoyed the kids pool section. Would book again.

Labor Day PCB Trip

The property was very accommodating and the perfect setup for our small family to enjoy a beach trip during a long weekend. The views were also spectacular and the location hard to beat, not to mention the amenities at the Majestic.

Hot mess

This room was filthy, dirty sheets, dirty couch, only two towels. I have stayed here every year since building has been built and I would never book with this company again.

Nice condo that could use a few improvements

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The view was spectacular, beach access from the building was quick and easy, and we had no issues with parking or elevators. The condo itself was in good condition, but blackout curtains in the bedrooms would be a HUGE plus, and we never quite figured out the TV/remote situation (remotes controlled multiple televisions).

Nice Stay

Overall, the condo was very nice. The unit was nicely decorated, but you could tell it had been beat on a bit. The cabinet door would not shut or a drawer on the bedroom furniture would not shut. The master bedroom mattress is terrible and needs replaced. The accommodations outside the unit were fine. Elevators worked good and we didn’t have to wait even being on 20th floor. I would visit this resort again.

Great view!

Very nice. Everything you need, comfortable beds, linen, lots of towels, everything in the kitchen, comfortable table and chairs on balcony. Excellent view!! Good amenities, short walk on beach, clean property. Exceeded our expectations.

Second stay for our family in unit

This was the second stay for our family in this unit. The location and function of the condo is great and fits our family of three with space perfectly. There could be little maintenance updates to keep up with the property. I would suggest considering alternative bedding and eliminate throw pillows that are not easily laundered as this would seem cleaner for a rental.

Beautiful view and wonderful facilities

We had a nice stay at this condo. The property managers were easy to reach if you need them. The facilities are extremely clean. There were many pools to choose from. The unit was overall very nice. There is some obvious wear and tear from use (baseboards and walls) but is beautifully decorated. There were plenty of towels for our stay and we used the beach toys and chairs. There were lots of dishes and things to cook with. We had one issue with some hooks falling off the wall as soon as we walked in the door but we were able to communicate this right away with the property manager. My kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. I don't think you can get a better view. The elevators are extremely fast and parking was quick and easy. It was nice having a washer and dryer to use during our stay. We would recommend and stay again.

We enjoyed out stay other than all the motorcycles at all hours

Very nice other than the bedrooms being next to the hallway it was very loud at times with all the motorcycles at all hours

Very Clean

The unit was very clean and had a great view. The only drawback is the bedrooms are on the front of the building which is loud at times dud to traffic so sleeping in wasn’t really an option. Overall the unit was great with everything one needs to cook and enjoy the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful room

The room was beautiful and spacious and well updated. It also smalled good. The property had lots of pools that were all very nice. We did have some issues with the room. 1st off our sheets on the master and bunk beds were not clean. There was a dirty napkin and some clothing tags and sand in the sheets on top bunk. The bottom bunk had a chocolate wrapper from some food with melted chocolate on it in the sheets and the master had a few tags from new clothes in the sheets at bottom of bed. The dryer is so loud and bounces the laundry door open. We never had fully dry beach towels because we could not stand the noise and the neighbors could hear it also. It is so annoying. The toaster set the smoke alarm off 2 time but they did send us a new toaster to use. The toaster issue was fixed and not a big deal, but the dryer and dirty sheets were a big deal. Dirty sheets from strangers are disgusting. I would stay here again if the dryer was fixed and the cleaning people made sure our beds were clean.

Nice family vacation

Overall we enjoyed the condo very much. A couple issues as others mentioned are the ice maker did not work and master bed mattress could definitely be replaced. We also were told the oven was going to be fixed the Monday after we arrived then that was cancelled and we were advised and a new oven would be delivered Friday (we were checking out Sat) and that did not happen either so not having an oven was a personal frustration as we were anticipating using it and had bought groceries. For a family the noise level around us and on the floor was a little concerning especially on Friday night. I know it is Spring Break but it reached a level that was ridiculous. A couple other small maintenance issues need to be addressed too. We enjoyed the view and access to the beach is great. For kids the sand and shelling is great. The rip currents were high during most of our stay but water is nice and shallow otherwise making it fun for kids. The condo was spacious for our family of 3. Using Instacart and DoorDash is subject to your own risk as the security does not let them use carts and one of our deliveries were left at another building. Would stay again but maybe not during this time of year.
