Labor Day PCB Trip

The property was very accommodating and the perfect setup for our small family to enjoy a beach trip during a long weekend. The views were also spectacular and the location hard to beat, not to mention the amenities at the Majestic.

Cool spot

As advertised. A bit dated but clean. Close to everything and beach is a short walk off the property. Kids really enjoyed the kids pool section. Would book again.

Great stay

Property is just as shown, clean and beautifully decorated. The resort is very nice with lots of amenities. Staff were very nice and helpful. Parking ramp was great with nice size spaces. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Clean and nicely furnished.

We really enjoyed our stay at Majestic Beach! The unit was very clean, nicely furnished and stocked with everything you need. The pools were great and the beach speaks for itself! We rented a pontoon boat and snorkeled st Shell island and saw dolphins. Highly recommend!

Great view!

Very nice. Everything you need, comfortable beds, linen, lots of towels, everything in the kitchen, comfortable table and chairs on balcony. Excellent view!! Good amenities, short walk on beach, clean property. Exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful vacation!

We loved staying in this unit. Everything was clean and the condo was decorated with such charm. I loved that there was plenty of storage and hooks for towels, etc. We also enjoyed use of one of the beach umbrellas that were in the condo. We were pleased with the family friendly games that were available in the room too. We will be back!

Very Clean

The unit was very clean and had a great view. The only drawback is the bedrooms are on the front of the building which is loud at times dud to traffic so sleeping in wasn’t really an option. Overall the unit was great with everything one needs to cook and enjoy the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo that could use a few improvements

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The view was spectacular, beach access from the building was quick and easy, and we had no issues with parking or elevators. The condo itself was in good condition, but blackout curtains in the bedrooms would be a HUGE plus, and we never quite figured out the TV/remote situation (remotes controlled multiple televisions).

Hot mess

This room was filthy, dirty sheets, dirty couch, only two towels. I have stayed here every year since building has been built and I would never book with this company again.

Second stay for our family in unit

This was the second stay for our family in this unit. The location and function of the condo is great and fits our family of three with space perfectly. There could be little maintenance updates to keep up with the property. I would suggest considering alternative bedding and eliminate throw pillows that are not easily laundered as this would seem cleaner for a rental.

Peaceful, Serene and relaxation!!!

My family and I decided to do something a little different for the Christmas holidays this year! We decided to migrate down to PCB Florida! We had such a wonderful town in this lovely condo! Not only is the place beautifully comfortable, you cannot beat that morning view of the sunrise from the 20th Floor!! There are plenty of shopping and eateries around the resort, and miles of private beach access! We truly enjoyed ourselves! The owner is super awesome and made sure you have everything you need, neat and clean. We love the decor of the condo, and the friendly staff. Thanks for an awesome stay and we will be back again very soon!!!

Nice Stay

Overall, the condo was very nice. The unit was nicely decorated, but you could tell it had been beat on a bit. The cabinet door would not shut or a drawer on the bedroom furniture would not shut. The master bedroom mattress is terrible and needs replaced. The accommodations outside the unit were fine. Elevators worked good and we didn’t have to wait even being on 20th floor. I would visit this resort again.

Great condo but....

The condo was really nice and clean, with a great view but I gave it 4 stars because the dryer quit working and the top bunk bed had a screw loose. My kids are 2 & 4 so that was a little discerning. However real joy was very quick to respond and very apologetic about the problems. Overall great company and nice condo!

Beautiful condo!

We loved the condo and our stay was great. The only problem we had was we were unable to use the balcony as it was being painted. We really were looking forward to sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings and were not able to. We understand things can not be avoided but that was part of why we booked a ocean side condo. Please do not let this deter you from booking, the condo is beautiful and it was great to be a couple minute walk to the beach. We would definitely love to come back. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Blissful view and location!

Fantastic getaway. Four stars only because of three things: 1. Tried multiple avenues to email/ ask questions with no response. Finally got one response from online chat after we were there. 2. Cockroaches found multiple times. 3. Feet were completely black after walking for short time in the unit AND countertops were not wiped down. Crumbs, debris were still present. Also, liners for feminine products were still in dresser drawers.

Beautiful view and wonderful facilities

We had a nice stay at this condo. The property managers were easy to reach if you need them. The facilities are extremely clean. There were many pools to choose from. The unit was overall very nice. There is some obvious wear and tear from use (baseboards and walls) but is beautifully decorated. There were plenty of towels for our stay and we used the beach toys and chairs. There were lots of dishes and things to cook with. We had one issue with some hooks falling off the wall as soon as we walked in the door but we were able to communicate this right away with the property manager. My kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. I don't think you can get a better view. The elevators are extremely fast and parking was quick and easy. It was nice having a washer and dryer to use during our stay. We would recommend and stay again.

Great Condo!

This condo is great. It's beautifully decorated, great beach access, and a good location in the heart of PCB. Once it gets busy the elevators are pretty slow, but that's just the way this resort is set up so not really the fault of this condo. The only issues we had were that the master bed is the loudest bed I've ever slept on. Every little moment made a ton of noise. The other thing was there is a shag rug in the living room that had a lot of left over pieces of cereal from a previous guest. Unfortunately, my one year old was the one who discovered them and put them in his mouth. Hopefully this was just an oversight as the rest of the condo seemed clean and well kept. Over all we would def consider coming back here again.
