This charming 150 m² three-bedroom house in Madeira is the ultimate haven for families and friends seeking a memorable getaway.

Spread over two stories, the property combines stylish decor with comfort. The ground floor includes the main entrance, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a convenient laundry area, a bathroom, and a lovely backyard with a BBQ and seating area where you can unwind. The first floor features three bedrooms and another bathroom.

The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals.

The kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious dishes, including a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery.

Two of the bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, one of which opens onto a private balcony with beautiful sea views. The third bedroom offers a cosy double bed. All are dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms are fully equipped with clean towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property is located is in the Santo António area of Funchal and offers a great mix of convenience and local charm. Just steps away are public parking spaces free to use, like the one at Beco dos Álamos. There are supermarkets nearby for daily shopping, a few minutes walk away.

If you enjoy being active or relaxing by water the complex of olimpic swimming pools is very close by, as are other swimming facilities around Penteada. For simple leisure there are several cafes in the area and fast food options too.

Public transport is very accessible with multiple bus lines serving the area. Lines such as 12 and 9 are among the routes passing near Estrada Comandante Camacho de Freitas.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest bus stop, Depois CZ das Romeiras (111), is just a 1-minute walk.

Madeira Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
