The bedrooms include a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a twin with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. Underfloor heating, fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi are all included in the price, with extra pillows and duvets available on request. Outside, there is a garden area with outdoor seating and access to a 3.5km circular walk, as well as designated parking for 1 car. Within 1.8 miles, you will find a shop and pub. Please note this is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Wherever your exploration takes you, enjoy all this with a stay at The Cart Shed. The village also boasts a church hall, the Thorold Arms public house and a fishery, as well as The Ramada Resort hotel. Newark-on-Trent is a market town to the north of Marston, in the Sherwood District of Nottinghamshire, boasting one of the finest Georgian market squares in the UK. Grantham is the nearest large town in the heart of Lincolnshire, with a fine Gothic guildhall and pretty riverside walks. There is a variety of restaurants, tea rooms and pubs with plenty of shopping opportunities, along with manor houses and walled gardens nearby to visit. Belton House, Wyndham Park, Grantham House and Belvoir Castle are among a few. Lincoln, Melton Mowbray and Stamford are all within easy reach, offering many interesting attractions. This fascinating region of England makes a lovely base for a holiday.
