A spacious and very bright apartment of approximately 150 square meters, located on the third floor of a renovated building—one of a kind. The large living room is the heart of the home and features two sofa beds, allowing it to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The rooms are modern and pleasantly sunny.
The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious balcony, ideal for relaxing or enjoying time outdoors.
The space
• The living room, the true heart of the home, is very bright. Spacious and elegantly furnished, it features a large extendable dining table that comfortably seats 8 people, a lounge area with two large sofas, and a 60" smart TV. In the entryway, there is a practical built-in closet, ideal for storing jackets, shoes, and luggage.
• The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including an induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee maker. It includes all the necessary tableware for 8 people, as well as a dining table and convenient counter space.
• The sleeping area consists of three spacious bedrooms, all furnished with king-size beds, large closets, mirrors, and dressers. The master bedroom, measuring over 20 square meters, also features a makeup area, while the other two bedrooms are equipped with desks, perfect for studying or working.
• The apartment offers two bathrooms: the first features a bathtub, a double sink with vanity cabinets, a toilet, and a bidet; the second has a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a washing machine available for guests’ use.
• The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, a security door, double-glazed windows for sound and thermal insulation, aluminum window frames, electric shutters, and Wi-Fi accessible in all rooms.
• Included are a welcome kit with towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets, and comforters, as well as coffee and water, and of course everything you need for cooking (pots, dishes, silverware, etc.)
• Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony
Guest Access
Theapartment is located on the third floor of a recently renovated building equipped with an elevator, in a very central location in Bergamo, just a short walk from the train and bus stations. Orio al Serio Airport is easily accessible in just a few minutes by car or public transportation.
Just a short distance away are the main shopping streets and the famous Sentierone, the heart of the city, with its elegant pedestrian area and characteristic historic buildings.
Supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants are right around the corner, making it easy to have everything you need close at hand during your stay.

At check-in, each guest will be asked to present identification for registration purposes.
Paid parking is available on-site (cannot be reserved).
SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE HOUSE AND OUTSIDE ON THE BALCONY.
