Located in an elegant building with a lift, the apartment is very bright and welcoming, ideal for a couple or for those wishing to enjoy a romantic stay in the lagoon city. It features a private terrace where you can relax while admiring the passing gondolas and the magical atmosphere of Venice. Inside, there is a comfortable double bedroom, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a living room with a dining table, perfect for enjoying a dinner with a view.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.
The published price includes the commissions that are the responsibility of the guest.
