Highly recommend! Perfect stay for our week in Venice. There are multiple windows and doors to give you plenty of light and fresh air. The balcony was nice to stand and watch the happenings on the canal. Close enough to walk, but very quiet at night. Thanks again!

Great location. Very nice apartment with lots of space for four adults. Beds were comfortable. We had rainy weather so we sadly didnt use the balcony with my morning offee as planned. I had trouble with nepresso machine so i went and bought an americano.

The location was perfect and the woman who checked us in was so helpful with restaurant listings nearby. The only thing i would complain about was there was no shampoo ,conditioner or body soap, just liquid hand soap. Other than that it was great.

Perfect location, right on a canal and very convenient for airport transfer boat and vaporetti to the wider islands and around Venice. Also only 10 minute walk to the main sights and plenty of non-touristy restaurants and bars, plus a supermarket, right nearby. Apartment was very secure and communication with hosts was excellent. Plenty of space for a family of four and very pleasant balconies. There is definitely noise from boats in the morning but very quiet at all other times and didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of the apartment.

The air conditioner was not working. They said the apartment turned it off this time of year and it was cool outside to open windows, However the mosquitoes were atrocious. The bathroom was Not furnished with soap, shampoo, tissues. The towels were old and of lightweight. If we wanted to use washer or dishwasher, we had to purchase the soaps.

We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few points. Mosquitoes are unfortunately a seasonal characteristic of the Venetian lagoon area and are not related to the apartment itself. This is a feature of the local environment that can occur during certain times of the year. Regarding soap, shampoo, tissues, and other consumable items, we apologize for any possible oversight. A simple message during your stay would have allowed us to address the issue immediately, as we are always available to assist our guests and provide anything needed. The towels are regularly laundered and replaced, and the apartment is normally equipped with everything necessary to ensure a comfortable stay. We always welcome feedback from our guests and use it to improve our service. However, we do not believe that such a low rating accurately reflects the overall quality of the accommodation and the assistance provided during the stay.

Such a disappointment. We chose this apt for its charming balconies and quiet area. It should be noted that at 6:30 every morning the “quiet” canal becomes a delivery and garbage pickup dock for the neighborhood. The noise from this continues until 8am . The house host Attila that I contacted before arrival was not there. We were met by Orial. When we contacted him for departure problems with the boats blocking our water taxi he texted me I’it was a working canal’ Thank goodness a neighbor came out and explained to the workers the arrival of our transportation. If you are an early riser this is a great place unfortunately 6:30 am is a little early for us.

Attilia’s apartment was fantastic! Great area - felt like a local but only short walk to tourist areas if you wanted to. Apartment was spacious, perfectly equipped, so comfortable it became ‘home’ and we didn’t want to leave! Loved the daily routines of life in Cannaregio - a gem if you want a more authentic stay but still able to access all the ‘must-do’s’ easily.

This is a clean, spacious, modern apartment right on the canal in a less touristy part of Venice. It was a very nice place to stay for our group of four adults. I think being a little further away from the heavy crowds around St. Mark's made our time in the city much more enjoyable. Everywhere we wanted to go was still within a 15- to 20-minute walk, and the apartment is very conveniently located for catching the vaporetto to Murano and Burano.One thing to be aware of is the morning noise. Garbage and shipping boats stop at the dock right next to the apartment from about 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. It was a bit bothersome on our first morning, but we quickly accepted it as just part of "daily life in Venice."Our hosts accommodated our late check-in (with a stipulated fee), and Orial was incredibly helpful. He even happened to come by while we were waiting for our water taxi on departure day; when the taxi was running a little late, he called the company for us and helped us load our luggage onto the boat when it arrived.My only minor critique is that I found it a little odd that the apartment did not provide basic bath soap or coffee, which was a first for me with a Vrbo rental.

Wonderful

We loved our stay here in this apartment. The location is great as it is away from the main tourist areas but still central enough to walk all over Venice. We especially enjoyed the patio and balcony overlooking the canal. Great place to stay in Venice!

Loved the location. Quiet neighborhood. Quick walk from boat dock. We were greeted and given a tour of the apt. Mornings were busy with the delivery barge but fun to watch.

This was the most amazing stay. The apartment was beautiful and the views of the canal were amazing! Check in was a breeze and a pleasure. The grocery store is just 2 blocks and is very well stocked. Though there was a small "green grocer" on the corner, I can't recommend as I was sold moldy strawberries.It's Venice, so everything is within walking distance. Our first visit to Venice was a dream.

Enjoyed every minute

We enjoyed our stay very much at this apartment. Canals were right there the windows we could open the fresh air came in. It was close to a lot of stores and shops and we love the little pizza shop around the corner would recommend.
