Spacious apartment with balcony in the French Alps

This spacious apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful Abondance Valley, in the charming mountain village of La Chapelle d'Abondance. It overlooks the village's small ski area; next to the village, you'll find the first lift of Les Portes du Soleil, one of Europe's largest ski areas with over 600 km of slopes. A free, regular shuttle service connects you to other resorts in this expansive ski area (stop approximately 150 m away). The location combines the tranquil charm of a traditional mountain village with easy access to a wide range of winter and summer activities.
The apartment is suitable for up to 6 people and is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of a quiet residence (elevator in the building). It features a hall with wardrobe, a separate toilet, a bathroom with bath/shower, a bright living room with a large south-facing balcony and a dining area, and a fully equipped open kitchen. Furthermore, on this floor you will find a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, and a bedroom with two single beds and a loft with a single bed. Upstairs another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment is well-equipped with modern conveniences, including a washing machine, TV, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, coffee maker (Nespresso), kettle, oven, and cheese fondue set.

The building has a lockable ski storage and a bicycle cellar, while a private garage, albeit with a narrow entrance, under the building also houses a table tennis table. Ample parking is available behind the building. An excellent bakery, a small supermarket, and restaurants are within walking distance. In summer, guests can enjoy hiking and mountain biking amid spectacular scenery, and in the warmer months, several lifts operate. For adventurers, there is a scenic via ferrata nearby.

From November 1st to March 31st, winter tires or snow chains are mandatory in the mountainous areas of France.
