The lofty apartment with its high ceilings is tastefully fitted with quality furnishings and is equipped to comfortably address all self-catering needs of up to 4 persons but can also cater for additional day visitors too. (Secure visitors parking available)
The main bedroom and the living room open onto a full-length balcony from where you can enjoy the most amazing sunsets over the Atlantic.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, with a microwave, oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, washing machine and dish washer. A Gas braai/BBQ is supplied on the balcony. A large flat screen smart TV and free WiFi are provided for all your multimedia needs.
The apartment offers a 24-hour manned security system and has a secure dedicated underground parking bay. This includes a large lock up room in which all sports equipment can be stored.
The complex itself offers a heated outdoor pool and braai/BBQ area which also features views onto the beachfront and Table Bay / Mountain. The complex also has a common laundry facility equipped with 2 washing machines and 2 tumble driers as well a secure clothes line area.
A 3km promenade along the golden beach directly in front of the apartment is ideal for early morning or afternoon walks/jogs.
Guest have use of the entire apartment.
