Summary:
Located in the Waterfront Marina, this sophisticated 2 bed apartment is within walking distance of the V&A Waterfront. Located just a +/-20 minute drive to the popular Table Mountain Cable car, and close to the trendy Bree Street strip which is filled with hip cafes, delis, wine bars and fine dining.
The Space:
Elegant and modern, this two-bedroom apartment is the perfect base for exploring the Mother City. The open plan living area is the heart of the home, with a well-equipped kitchen, dining for 6 guests and an inviting TV lounge. Sliding doors lead outside onto the private balcony with views of the Waterfront Marina canals.
Both of the bedrooms are en-suite and enjoy scenic views. The main bedroom has a King-size bed and balcony access, while the second bedroom has twin beds – which can be made into a King-size bed on request. Outside on the balcony is comfortable patio furniture and a sun lounger, where you can relax and enjoy the views of the canal. There are also four swimming pools and a fully equipped gym for use by all guests.

The building has a generator for communal areas.
What is Powered: All lights, Tv, DSTV, WiFi, microwave, fridge, kettle, lights and the lift in the communal areas of the building.
What Isn’t Powered:The geyser, oven and hob, underfloor heating, A/C, heated towel rail, tumble drier.
HOUSEKEEPING
This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.
