BED CONFIGURATION:

Bedroom 2: 2 x Singles
Living Room: 1 x Double Sofa Bed
LIVING AREAS:
The house benefits from a large living space equipped with a plush sofa, a 40-inch SMART TV with Netflix and a sound bar and plenty of space to sit down and relax in the evening after a long day at work.
DINING AREAS:
The dining room seats up to 6 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Stoke. There is an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dryer.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There is one family bathroom at the property. The bathroom is equipped with bath and overhead shower, toilet and sink.
PARKING:
The property benefits from FREE parking directly outside the house on the street.
All 53 Degrees Property Short lets benefit from enhanced cleaning with spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens. The Neighborhood:
The city of Stoke-on-Trent is internationally renowned for its pottery works which include Wedgwood, Royal Doulton, Spode and Aynsley, but as one expects from a large city it has excellent shopping, leisure and entertainment, and visitor facilities.
There are some notable historic buildings, including the half-timbered Ford Green Hall built around 1580, which is the oldest house in the city, and the remains of an Anglo-Saxon cross can be seen in the churchyard of St Peter ad Vincula.
Stoke-on-Trent was the name given to the amalgamation of six famous Potteries towns, originally, in 1910, as a County Borough and then, in 1925, a fully-fledged City.
The city has multiple tourist attractions including Alton Towers, Waterworld, Trentham estate and monkey forest, Biddulph grange Garden, the Potteries Museum/Art gallery as well as many more.
Getting Around:
When getting from the property to Stoke-on-Trent, as with any city, it’s always best to go in by foot or get a taxi as finding parking can sometimes be a struggle.
Luckily for you, the property is in the ideal location and parking can be found as per the check-in instructions.
There is also a great taxi service if you'd like to go further afield.

*No Parties or Events Allowed
This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.
*Quiet Hours After 10PM
This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.
*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine
Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.
*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place
Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.
*Stays Over 10 Nights
Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an £95 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.
*Online Check-In Required
To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
*Check-In/Out Policy
Early check-in: £20/hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)
Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/hour
*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver
We require either:
A refundable security deposit of £250–£500 (depending on property size), OR
