We actually had a great stay in Peoria but we were not happy with the house. We had stayed in this same house a few years ago and it was great. But since our original experience the house hasn't been maintained. The worst experience was the dishwasher that needs to be replaced. The top rack is missing a wheel, so when you pull it out it falls off. This happened to us and before we were able to catch it a couple of cups or glasses fell to the floor where the broke into small pieces. If I tried to catch it and got cut I could have been hurt badly. The dishwasher needs to be replaced before the house is rented again. Also the number of items like forks were limited (4 forks) so we bought plastic forks. We decided not to cook our meals but went out for meals, which cost us extra.

The property was great for our size group (7 adults & 2 children). The pool was nice for the kids. Amenities and instructions need updated as some items have changed or no longer exist. Communication from the host needs improvement and we were given the incorrect phone number for the property manager. Would recommend this house for large groups due to the property size and lots of parking.

Finishings are dated, pool toys left behind have holes, maybe consider tossing them. The home is very clean. Danny was great with communications. Stores and good restaurants nearby. AC worked great! Beds very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Everything was very clean. Very comfortable. Everybody had an amazing time. We would like to come back next year. The pool was fantastic! The waterfall was very relaxing. We all loved it.

Family Vacation

The location is great, not far away from restaurants or grocery stores but in a nice neighborhood. The pool was a delight, especially to cool off from the heat which was a plus. Although spacious, the listing on the site needs major updating.

Great Stay

Backyard and pool area was fantastic for our group. Owner responded quickly to questions and check in/out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend for a reasonably priced option for families and would stay again!

Large home

Great size for multiple families. It is pretty outdated but a good location and plenty of space. The pictures online must be old because the outdoor area has different furniture, no fire table and no trees by the waterfall. Communication with the host was good.

Fire the maintenance team!

What a welcome to the creepy Ring "Lady" saying "Hi, you are being recorded" right away in the driveway. :/ And then to enter the house and see the utter disgusting mess of cleanliness and maintenance. We paid 628 per night and it was awful! The maintenance team needs to be fired....or maybe they need to hire one. * filth and thick layer of dust covering all the ceiling fans* rotting raw chicken in the garbage disposal* rotting baseboards* black mold in the showers--I felt dirtier after taking a shower!* creaky beds: all * awful condition of pans (I went and bought my own)* the "heated" pool was not heated well* the ability to change the pool lights didn’t work-- we were stuck with yellow lights* no cute gas firepit like in photo. I packed s'mores fixings and ended up packing them back up* the cheapest type of lightbulbs -- soooo dim* many lightbulbs missing* uncomfortable futons passing for couches* DISHTV was not working* not allowed to park in garage -- this was not mentioned in the Description ahead of time* dirty and stained carpet that needs to be replaced* open a lower cupboard in the kitchen and you immediately smell the grease smells imminent the room* no air pump for floats* backyard string lights -- not thereshould I keep going? I didn't even mention how the Primary Bedroom Bed is 9 feet tall and you need to pole vault in bed while as the Primary Bathroom counters are the perfect height for an 8 yr old child. Stay away from this house

Older home but clean and great space

The owner needs to update the pictures of this house and needs to be more specific about what is there. It was a clean house, but could use some TLC in some areas like rotting baseboards in the bathrooms, light switches that don’t make sense or don’t turn on any of the lights, etc. The furniture is not what is pictured. The master bed is built for very tall people, but we did find step stools under it on our last day there. Overall, the location of the house and the space that is there is great. We are used to VRBO houses being better maintained and pictures being honest.

In town with family for the week

We had an amazing stay, the house was the perfect size to accommodate my family and I. It was clean, close to the highway and very spacious. Highly recommend!

Fun Place!

We enjoyed our stay, the house is huge, lots to do! Only one pool table stick and all the pillows in the house were no fit for us and our guest.

Decent stay but don’t go off of pictures

The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was nice. The pictures were very deceiving!! In the living room it only had a chair and a futon couch. The pool heater did not work nor did the change of lights for the pool. There were open wires next to the pool that we had to cover with rocks so our kids didn’t step on them with wet feet. The rock on the waterfall was busted on one side and you could see the rebar inside it. There was no gas fire pit outside either. You need to take your own silverware because they only had 4-5 forks and spoons for a house that sleeps 10! My kids were disappointed with the pool being so cold and only having one pool stick to play pool with.

Filthy Frat House

I've stayed in dozens of VRBO properties and this is by far the most deceiving. The photos make it look amazing when in fact it's a beat down frat house that needs a lot of repair and cleaning. The host never responded when I told him three ceiling fans in bathrooms and laundry room screamed when you turned them on. The molding in the bathrooms are rotted from flooding. The towels are old and stained. And the carpeting is disgusting. Needed replacing 20 years ago. Don't be fooled!

HORRIBLE

This place looks nothing like the pictures. There was mold in the showers, the carpet has never been cleaned and was gross, the A/C vents had fur growing out of them. The whole place was extremely dirty.

Great location and access

Property was very clean. Location was perfect for us. Property Manager was present and available. Price was perfectly in line with the property. No complaints and would absolutely book this property again.
