Spacious & Relaxing Vacation Home With HEATED POOL & TESLA CHARGER

Enjoy your stay beginning with the Master bathroom which has a fully functional hot tub! This bedroom also includes a king and a sofa bed, so there is plenty of space to relax. All 4 remaining bedrooms offer queen-size beds.

You will have access to the heated pool 24/7, so please don't be shy to use it!
However, there're some things to consider:
- Please be present when kids (ages under 11) use the pool to ensure their safety, as well as yours.
- The heated pool is free to use at any time.
- To avoid any incident, please no alcohol or beverages while inside the pool.
- Please reduce the noise level after 9 PM for our neighbors.

You have a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances for all your cooking needs. Coffee maker, air fryer, dishwasher, wine cooler, and all the cooking essentials you need to make and host an amazing meal for any time of the day.

There will be a grill outside available for you to use. We just ask you to clean it after using it.

There’s a step at the front entrance, so please watch your step.

Our landscaping includes plants with thorns, so take extra care—especially with children. We are not responsible for any injuries.

Plenty of parking spaces:
- 3 cars inside the garage (with Tesla wall charger included)
- 3 cars on the driveway
- 1 street parking but do not block driveways and our neighbors

There is no smoking allowed inside or outside near the house. *Doing so will violate our policy and you will be charged for any fees*

This beautiful relaxing 5-bedroom resort style is located in a safe & quiet neighborhood. Easy access to freeway 101. Some noticeable destinations nearby:
- Minutes (3-10 minutes) away from grocery needs (Walmart, Walgreens and Costco)
- Peoria Sports Complex - 7 minutes
- P83 Shopping Center - 8 minutes
- Martin Auto Museum - 8 minutes
- State Farm Stadium, Glendale Sports and Entertainment District - 12 minutes
- Downtown Phoenix - 25 minutes
- Butterfly Wonderland - 30 minutes
- Lake Pleasant - 40 minutes
- Multiple golf courses within minutes!

This house was great for a family of five and very affordable compared to what a hotel would cost. The host was in communication with me the entire time as needed. The house is very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The kids really love the pool and we loved the kitchen area. I would recommend this house to all families.

The house was lovely- well equipped, spacious, and perfect for our large group. The heated pool and private backyard was an awesome place to relax and entertain the kiddos. Our host was fabulous and provided clear communication. He even was able to help when part of our group was locked out. We would definitely book again!

Everything was perfect! Even before we arrived the communication with Kim was great, every question was answered immediately. Knowing we had an attentive host helped from the moment we entered the door. The place was immaculate. Everything we needed supplied in the kitchen, living areas and laundry. The pool area was beautiful. We spent a lot of our time there, the seating was plentiful and comfortable. We would absolutely request to stay again and would recommend it to friends.

The pool was amazing! Great place with tons of space! Owner was great at communicating, would definitely recommend staying here if looking for a quiet house with tons of space and close to so many great things to do in Phoenix.

The house is spacious and beautiful. Beds were comfortable. House and grounds were very clean and well kept. Plenty of cooking items in the kitchen. We had a few questions and the owner was very responsive and sent someone over quickly. Great place to stay in Peoria! Street was quiet and peaceful.

Parents weekend at GCU

We had 4 families that came to Phoenix from Colorado for parents weekend at GCU and the house was perfect for us!! There was plenty of room for everyone, the pool was great and it was close to campus.

Excellent home with great space and amenities!

The house itself was fantastic, and the host was ever-available and accommodating. We had a wonderful time with plenty of room for the 10 adults in the space...and great entertaining space. Backyard is lovely and the kitchen/dining is great. Thanks Kim for a great stay.

Exceeded our expectations

We had a wonderful time staying at the house. Plenty of room for everyone and able to enjoy the pool. The place is spacious and clean. Close by to all the places we wanted to visit. Will definitely book again the next time we visit the Phoenix area. Thanks Kim!

Great home and plenty of room

Location is perfect, quiet neighborhood. Great home for large family. Owner was available when we had questions and was on it if problems. Very clean, comfortable beds and lots of space. Pool was a bit small from pictures, but nice to cool off in.
