The rustic, first-floor apartment, which sleeps 4 people, enjoys magnificent views and is in a sunny position. Guests will enjoy relaxing on the sun loungers in the private garden or meals al fresco.

The apartment is reached via an outdoor staircase (15 steps). The front door opens into the entrance hall, which includes an attractive wood-burning stove. The rooms lead off this central space. The sunny living room is furnished with a sofa, dining table and chairs, open fireplace and TV. The separate kitchen/diner is full of light. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge-freezer and Moka coffee maker. The kitchen table seats 4 people for casual dining.

Sleeping:
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed, drawers for storage, an armchair and even a piano.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, a laptop friendly desk and a sofa.

Bathroom:
The modern bathroom is appointed with a shower, bidet, basin and WC.

Location
Close to the beautiful cities of Florence (1 hour) and Arezzo (30 minutes) and not far from Siena (50 minutes), the apartment is ideally placed to allow guests to explore central Tuscany and the Chianti region.

The town of Terranuova Bracciolini is 15 minutes away. Here you will find supermarkets, a weekly market (Friday), bars and some excellent restaurants. This is the best place to pick up fresh regional ingredients and to shop like a local. The alternative market at Montevarchi (20 minutes) is on Thursday.

For wine lovers, the towns of Gaiole in Chianti and Radda in Chianti are both just under an hour away and are the closest towns where Chianti wine is produced. In this area, you will find splendid wine cellars where you can enjoy wine tastings and buy wine directly from the vineyards.

The nearest airport is Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence and is 1 hour by car.
