Some trips only work if the house is right. This one gets it right.
Five bedrooms, every one with its own bathroom, spread across 6,200 square feet of open, light-filled space in the heart of Arcadia.

The kind of layout where eighteen people can move through a morning without a single bottleneck — coffee going in the kitchen, pool already heating up, someone claiming the owner's suite soaking tub like they planned it all along.

The days here have a way of filling themselves. The arcade and game room handle the competitive ones. The heated pool and built-in BBQ handle the rest.

When the group finally decides to leave the property — and there's no pressure to — Camelback Mountain trails are close enough to feel like a spontaneous idea, Old Town Scottsdale is an easy drive, and Arcadia's dining scene has enough range to fill every night without repeating yourself.

By the time the fire pit gets going and the backyard settles into the kind of night nobody planned, you'll already be thinking about coming back.

That's the trip. This is the house.

Excellent place to stay

Wonderful house

Everything about this house was perfect. The house was made for entertaining and creating a fantastic experience for your trip. Everything in the house was clean and comfortable; not second hand items like you see in some vacation rentals. Communication with the host was clear, consistent, and fast. We couldn’t have asked for anything better than this.

Medical school graduation celebration

This house and the host were absolutely perfect for our gathering. The listing for the property doesn't even begin to capture how wonderful this house is and all the amenities that come with it. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, the well-equipped kitchen, and the cozy living areas exceeded our expectations. We would rent from this host again without hesitation. In fact, we've already discussed the possibility of renting this house again for a class reunion in a few years. The location was ideal, providing a peaceful and comfortable setting for us to relax and reconnect. Thank you so much for providing such a perfect place for us to reflect on our years as medical students and celebrate our graduation. This house truly made our gathering special and memorable. I am passionate about our guests experiences and we make sure every detail is curated with our future guests in mind. Our insta handle is @crescentretreats and will provide you with all the info you need regarding our core values and approach to hosting!

I am a co-author of the 2023 Hospitable Hosts book (will be released in April, 2023) because I am crazy about getting this right. We dream of having a brand known enough for luxury and boutique stays. We have had over a dozen guests stay with us twice in less than one year, and that is not an accident!

This property is in the heart of Arcadia, Phoenix which is a high end neighborhood on the southern foothills of Camelback Mountain. We have 360 views of mountains all around us and the 2nd floor balcony is the best example of this. We are walkable to all local cafes and restaurants and a short bike ride up the canal to Old Town. In less than ten minutes you can drive to Old Town, Fashion Square Mall, the Biltmore Resort and many other local attractions. We are less than 12 minutes away from the airport and close proximity to ASU, the Arizona Cardinals Stadium (home of the 2023 Super Bowl and 2024 Final Four). We also are less than 25 min from the Waste Management Golf Tournament at the TPC Scottsdale Course.

Our home is curated with furniture you would expect at the most luxurious and glamorous 5* resorts. Our team is carefully built with relationships and trust through experience and other like projects.

Privacy is a fundamental for us and we create the privacy needed all around the home, including in the spa like back yard, which includes a Gas heated pool, two built in benches, several sun chairs and a long dining table. Our grill is also plumbed into the homes gas line and no propane tanks are needed.
